Ifc is concentrating its activities where private capital is limited
IFC is concentrating its activities in frontier countries where private capital flows are limited. Since articulating its frontier market focus in 1998, IFC has increased its investment in these countries such that projects in frontier markets now account for 33% of IFC's investment, twice as high as their share of global GDP and three times higher than foreign direct investment. IFC is profitable because it takes on greater financial risks than private capital by investing in equity markets in developing countries, earning commercial returns even during volatile periods.

Select City Walk in New Delhi is a mixed use development along a main corridor, with retail, office, hotel, and recreational spaces. It has a total area of 62,862 sqm including an outdoor plaza. Both developments provide adequate parking, services, and finishes appropriate for their commercial and office uses.

Lebanon Opportunities - May 2016 - BLC Income Fund I
A number of domestic and international mutual funds are discussed. Domestically, BOB LBP Growth Fund Class A achieved the highest return in 2015 at 8.61%. Internationally, FFA International Growth Equity Fund achieved the highest 2015 return of 2.34%. Over the lifetime of the funds, FFA International Bond Fund achieved the highest average annual return of 7.38% internationally, while BLC Bank Income Fund I achieved the highest domestic lifetime average return of 5.36%. Pak f. system
The financial system of Pakistan has several components that enable the exchange of goods and services between lenders and borrowers. However, the system faces significant criticism. Pakistan runs on 80-85% undocumented or "black" money that is not taxed due to smuggling and other illegal activities. This undermines the effectiveness of monetary policy. Several financial institutions in Pakistan also face issues. Commercial banks are supposed to provide loans to SMEs but instead invest in government bonds. Investment banks have limited options for firms. The regulatory bodies like the central bank and SECP also face independence and effectiveness problems. Overall, Pakistan needs reforms to its financial system to increase transparency, broaden access to financial services, and strengthen regulatory oversight.
