The document discusses the Third Industrial Revolution (TIR), which is driven by human capital, information and communication technologies, renewable energy, and sustainable resources. The TIR will have socio-economic impacts and is expected to create a new collaborative society. It will require developing skills for cooperation and navigating difficulties. The TIR represents a transition to a regenerative economy based on accessible local resources that empower communities.

interdependence and dominance empathic capacities in
our countries and continent beyond the natural ethnic
afflictions?

improve our chances in in the new distributed and
collaborative society of the future?
Inter-corroborative efforts between countries – e.g. import
and export;
11. MAJOR CONCERNS OF THE
NEW PARADIGM Cont’d
How can we develop skills and relationships that will help us grow
not only in good times but also in times of trouble?
o On the individual level first before at the synergy level
How can we safely navigate in trouble waters?
o Humble to ask for assistance; values; intrinsic motivation
What level of empathic ability is needed to overcome our
differences (ethnic, social groups, and community
barriers)?
o Very low due to disparities among our ethnic lines and regional
integration among sub-regions

NEW REGIME
- Based on Ron McFarland (2016), Godfery Nzamujo (2018)
13. THE WAY FORWARD
We must be committed to active and
regenerative use of resources
Resources for this TIR must be one that is
native to the people, easily accessible, and
be put into circulation for it to multiply
14. CONCLUSION
Resources and human relations are oriented
towards the continuous creation of social,
environmental, spiritual and economic
wealth.
This new bold move will lead us to a
regenerative economy.

The TIR will drive socio-economic
development
Is the Songhai model driving TIR?
