We can combine our innate empathy with our analytical skills to gain a deeper understanding of complex situations at work. Join this session to learn how to prepare for difficult conversations and how to improve our agile conversations in order to be more influential without power. - 2. Content of proposal My proposal is writing about the drainage system in Tempe. After raining, there are always plenty of water storage on road, that’s let me think about the problems of drainage system.
- 3. Solution #1 -Government invests capitals to fix or build ditches. Ditches is the main problem for the drainage system, so, fix the ditch is the most important way to change the condition of Tempe drainage system.
- 4. Solution #2 -Clean the dirty water that store on roads(not really helpful) The rain water fall down on roads comes together with dust, in order to do not affects the city’s environment and people’s healthy, clean the dirty water is a thinkable way to do.
- 5. Solution #3 -Set up split sewerage system This is also a contributing solution for Tempe water run off. Engineers can build different lines of tubes to faster water run off, and it help crops’ irrigation.
