Google Solution Challenge 2023
GDSC VU have organized an in person intro session on "Google Solution Challenge 2023".
During the event, the purpose of the challenge was introduced and the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals were briefly discussed. Participants, mostly members from GDSC VU Chapter, talked about the problems they are personally facing related to the SDGs and shared examples of real-world problems that need solutions. For ideas we have arranged panel talk with GDSC VU Lead Zainab Sehar and GDSC VU Core Team members Mustabshira Zahoor,Muhammad Abubaker and Haseeb Ahmed , to solve students queries and helped them how they can implement their ideas that global/local communities facing.
This led to excitement among the students to participate in the Google Solution Challenge 2023.
At the end we have played game based on quizzes related to GDSC and Google Solution challenge,top three winner got datacamp subscription.

Case study_GUVI_Workshop_Final version
GUVI conducted a Python workshop at Anna University to teach the programming language using a new visual and native language-based approach. Assessments found that the workshop significantly improved participants' basic understanding of Python and confidence in coding. It also increased average test scores from 50% pre-workshop to 80% post-workshop. While advanced skills and speed did not increase as much, participants were satisfied overall with the learning experience and GUVI's teaching methodology of combining classroom and online content in the native language. The workshop showed promise for making programming education more accessible.

Ubiquitous Learning : Leveraging the Strengths of Online Education
Holding courses online is no longer a nice-to-have option for higher education. Colleges invest money in a learning management system and expect faculty to start using it. Unfortunately, preparing for the online classroom is very different from the traditional classroom, and many faculty resist the transition. Some resist from fear of change, others from fear of technology, and others because they cannot conceive of online learning being successful. The online environment offers many opportunities that are unavailable to the traditional classroom. In this session we will look at best practices in online learning, and some of the hallmarks of successful MOOCs, which attract tens of thousands of learners worldwide. We will discuss the nuts and bolts of effective online lectures, discussion questions, and assessment activities that allow students to use 21st century tools to demonstrate what they have learned. We will consider the value of peer assessments, rubrics, and group work that leverages collaborative problem solving. Part theory, and part tactical, this session is presented from the trenches of experience, and will allow you to share your successful ideas to embrace the process of knowledge making over knowledge consumption.

Inclusive feedback project
This document outlines an inclusive feedback project at HEPP ICCB that aims to improve feedback practices. It involved researching feedback assumptions and student perspectives on feedback purposes. An inclusive feedback model was developed and piloted with audio and video feedback in selected units. Staff and student feedback was positive about the benefits of alternative feedback formats in providing clarity and focus. Next steps include enhancing rubrics, developing a community of practice around feedback design, improving assessment alignment, and increasing student autonomy through self and peer feedback practices. The goal is to help students better self-monitor and regulate learning independently through feedback.

AECT 2016 Multimedia
This experiment investigated the effectiveness of five different video design techniques on learning, perception of the instructor, and cognitive load. The designs included instructor-only, slides-only, video-switching between instructor and slides, dual windows with instructor and slides displayed simultaneously, and superimposed slides over the instructor video. The results showed no significant differences in learning outcomes between the designs. Designs including both the instructor and slides received higher ratings for instructor credibility and nonverbal immediacy. There were no significant differences found for general immediacy, cognitive load, or desired to continue the course. Future research could explore more interactive designs or varying the content difficulty.

Formative Evaluation
Formative evaluation gives real results as the extent of the validity of the project submitted. Where it is in the development stage as it gives specific guidance on the kinks at each stage of the design stages. This gives us a good opportunity for the development and improvement before starting the execution, which helps to reach the desired goal.
"Formative evaluation is conducted during the process of designing and development the materials while there's still time to make changes. Summative evaluation measures the effectiveness of instruction after it has been finalized.” (Lecture Note).

This helps us a lot in choosing the right tools to deliver the project in proportion to their

The materials and instruments used in the evaluation
Due to the value of our project is submitted, the first steps to success is the involvement of experts and some of the target in the evaluation process. This helps a lot in the detection of defects that may be unclear to us. Can not build any project according to a personal opinion because it certainly would lose a lot of elements that make it an integrated and comprehensive.

As the term suggests, they emphasize the central importance of the evaluation participants, especially clients and users of the program or technology. Client-centered and stakeholder approaches are examples of participant-oriented models, as are consumer-oriented evaluation systems. “(William M.K 2006).
The preparation of questions of the most important matters to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the project, and I have been chosen two people from the experts. The first one in curriculum design and the other in training program design ,and questions were as follows:

Ubiquitous Learning : Leveraging the Strengths of Online Education
Holding courses online is no longer a nice-to-have option for higher education. Colleges invest money in a learning management system and expect faculty to start using it. Unfortunately, preparing for the online classroom is very different from the traditional classroom, and many faculty resist the transition. Some resist from fear of change, others from fear of technology, and others because they cannot conceive of online learning being successful. The online environment offers many opportunities that are unavailable to the traditional classroom. In this session we will look at best practices in online learning, and some of the hallmarks of successful MOOCs, which attract tens of thousands of learners worldwide. We will discuss the nuts and bolts of effective online lectures, discussion questions, and assessment activities that allow students to use 21st century tools to demonstrate what they have learned. We will consider the value of peer assessments, rubrics, and group work that leverages collaborative problem solving. Part theory, and part tactical, this session is presented from the trenches of experience, and will allow you to share your successful ideas to embrace the process of knowledge making over knowledge consumption.

Inclusive feedback project
This document outlines an inclusive feedback project at HEPP ICCB that aims to improve feedback practices. It involved researching feedback assumptions and student perspectives on feedback purposes. An inclusive feedback model was developed and piloted with audio and video feedback in selected units. Staff and student feedback was positive about the benefits of alternative feedback formats in providing clarity and focus. Next steps include enhancing rubrics, developing a community of practice around feedback design, improving assessment alignment, and increasing student autonomy through self and peer feedback practices. The goal is to help students better self-monitor and regulate learning independently through feedback.

This experiment investigated the effectiveness of five different video design techniques on learning, perception of the instructor, and cognitive load. The designs included instructor-only, slides-only, video-switching between instructor and slides, dual windows with instructor and slides displayed simultaneously, and superimposed slides over the instructor video. The results showed no significant differences in learning outcomes between the designs. Designs including both the instructor and slides received higher ratings for instructor credibility and nonverbal immediacy. There were no significant differences found for general immediacy, cognitive load, or desired to continue the course. Future research could explore more interactive designs or varying the content difficulty.

Formative evaluation gives real results as the extent of the validity of the project submitted. Where it is in the development stage as it gives specific guidance on the kinks at each stage of the design stages. This gives us a good opportunity for the development and improvement before starting the execution, which helps to reach the desired goal.

This helps us a lot in choosing the right tools to deliver the project in proportion to their

The materials and instruments used in the evaluation
Due to the value of our project is submitted, the first steps to success is the involvement of experts and some of the target in the evaluation process. This helps a lot in the detection of defects that may be unclear to us. Can not build any project according to a personal opinion because it certainly would lose a lot of elements that make it an integrated and comprehensive.

As the term suggests, they emphasize the central importance of the evaluation participants, especially clients and users of the program or technology. Client-centered and stakeholder approaches are examples of participant-oriented models, as are consumer-oriented evaluation systems. “(William M.K 2006).
The preparation of questions of the most important matters to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the project, and I have been chosen two people from the experts. The first one in curriculum design and the other in training program design ,and questions were as follows:
