GL series of microporous filter (GL filter) got precision filtration unit was
made from the HDPE and metal powder by fritting process. It can realize
backwashing filter regeneration through carefully designed . this is a reliable
and effect filtration system and mainly applicable to solid particles in 0.1-50 m
material. The internal integration of the large number of single precision micro
hole the tube, when the filter reaches a certain pressure, emptying liquid,
backwashing filter regeneration or dry cake, backblowing removement residue,
the filter element can be repeatedly used.GL filter for a wide range of closed
operation, large filtering area, assimilative ability, suitable for containing the
security type precision filtration or containing less solid not bonded with more
materials
WUYAN developed developed 3 kinds of microporous tube on GL filter, to
meet the various working conditions of the requirements .GL-E type polymer
polyethylene powder sintered filter, it’s thermostability temperature is 80
degrees; GL-A type reinforced polyethylene powder sintering process, it’s
thermostability temperature is 120 degrees; GL-T type titanium metal powder
sintered filter and GL-S type 316L sintered stainless steel filter.
