THE COMPANY’S FILTRATION BUSINESS
FOCUSES ON:
The assembly of the primary filter (low efficiency filter), called as disposable filter, is
usually made of carton frame, then the secondary filter (medium efficiency filter)
which includes washable filter, pocket filter and rigid type or medium filter and lastly,
the final filter (high efficiency filter) which includes HEPA and ULPA filter. These
filters are commonly used in the Air Filtering System of semiconductors and
Electronics firms, Control rooms, Air Handling Units (AHU) of buildings, malls,
hospitals, museum, Food Industries and Paint Booth filtration systems of automotive
manufacturers and dealers.
 We also make filter bags for wet and dry filtration which are micron rated and is
mainly used in the industrial pollution control and product recovery system of power
generating and emitting companies. These includes cement, milling, flour making
companies and the likes.

different industries of their AHU’s, Dust Collectors, Fabric Duct,
and Filter Bags.

 The company aims to ensure its clients health by
providing high quality and high recognized filter media and
equipment. Thereby ensuring them of a secured potable
water supply.

 The company aims to ensure its clients health by providing
a flexible air dispersion system in HVAC/R industry, made of special
high – tech fabric and insulation

Features:

Efficiency:
By ASHRAE Standard 52.1-1992, the efficiency of arrestance is
higher than 65%.
Media:
Media material or PE, PP or Nylon; single layer or double
layers with metal (iron) support. Customer can selection
black rubber or wide range of metal materials as the filter
casing, thus ease of cleaning and
maintenance to save operating costs. Outer Frame:
Outer frame can be also a wide range of metal selection
which is including of Galvanized Steel, Aluminum or Stainless
Steel.
Features:
Non-woven air filters provide maximum air flow, low pressure
drop and greater efficiency for dirt arrestance. They are suitable
for air intake or air exhaust filtration.
Efficiency:
The media is tested in conformity with AFI (Air Filter Institute).
The arrestance value exceeds 65% and the resistance is under
2.5mm. Media:
The filter media consists of Polyester fiber, Acetate fiber and
Nylon; and is by all-direction needle rolled for making fiber nets,
which the fibers are contacted completely to provide higher
arrestance and dust holding capacity. Filter can also be made to
order with acid-resistant or alkali-resistant specifications for
particular uses upon request.
Outer Frame:
The filters are available in a wide variety of sizes, styles, and
thicknesses. The width of the filters is up to 2.9M. They can be
framed by Beverage Board, Galvanized Steel, Aluminum or
Stainless Steel. Dimensions can be tailor-made to meet
customer's requirement or roll sizes.
Fiberglass Mat Panel Filter Aluminum & Stainless Steel Air Filter
Features:
Each filter is treated with a non-toxic, non-flammable exclusive
dust adhesive, which is non-odourous and will not migrate.
Efficiency:
By ASHRAE Standard 52.1-1992, the efficiency of Arrestance is
higher than 65%.
Media:
The filter media is designed for heavy duty applications. The
media is white tinted on the air intake side and color tinted on
the air exhaust side to ensure proper installation. Media is
molded in shape from long continuous filament of fiber glass in
such a way that the filter is gradually dense from the air intake
to the air exhaust. More density of glass fibers will potentially
extend the span life of filter.
Outer Frame:
The frame is constructed of high wet strength, moisture-
resistant beverage board. The filter pad is enclosed by one-
piece paper frame to prevent filter media blow out under
normal operation.Outer frame can be also a wide range of
metal selection which is including of
Galvanized Steel, Aluminum and Stainless Steel.
All Aluminum & Stainless Steel Air Filters have a complete
selection of standard sizes. Special sizes are available upon request.
Because the filters are manufactured of 100% aluminum or
stainless frames and filter media, they can be easily cleaned and serviced
for saving your coasts and providing durable life span for filtration uses.
All Aluminum Air Filter
All Aluminum air filter is the most economic and most effective way for
industrial ventilation equipment. Filter is formed with 7
layers of different density (pore size from coarse and fine) of aluminum
screen wires; dust collection capacity and efficiency are very good. It
is different from the local made filters with the same aluminum mesh
aperture.
Stainless Steel Air Filter
All Stainless Steel Air Filter has low resistance and high dust collection
capacity which make this filter to be an
ideal filter for many industrial uses. The filter media is composed of multi-
layers of pleated and corrugated stainless
steel screen wires. The cross stainless bars are attached to the both sides
of media
pack for adding rigidity. The
construction offers maximum filter surface area.
W-Pre Disposable Pleated Air Filter
Features:
W-PRE radial wedge pleat is with the greatest media area
exposed to the air flow which can contribute filter’s dust
collection capacity. They are available in 1”,2”and 4”nominal
thicknesses. W-Pre Disposable Pleated Air Filters are available in
a wide range of sizes; and with slight or without any system
modification, is able to fit most commercial and industrial
installations.
Only need to use gaskets and fasteners to adapt W-PRE filter to
existing filter bands.
These filters are also suitable for variable air volume system.
Operating face velocity range is from 0 to 500FPM for1”and 2”
thickness filters, and 0 to 625 FPM for 4” thickness filters.
Efficiency:
Per ASHRAE 52.1-1982 standard, the filters have an average
atmospheric dust spot efficiency range 30-35% (in NBS Test
Method; per ASHRAE 52.2, the efficiency is MERV8) and an
average arrestance of 90-94% (in AFI test method).
Media:
W-PRE filter media is a special blend of nonwoven cotton and
synthetic fibers offering high dust-holding capacity and high efficiency.
Media Support Grid:
Expanded painted metal provides a flat, stable surface that allows 100%
media to metal adhesion. This eliminates media damage caused by
overlapping wire grids that cannot be 100% attached. Expanded painted
metals give a better corrosion resistance than others. Outer Frame:
Outer frame can be also a wide range of metal selection which is including
of Paper, Galvanized Steel, Aluminum and
Stainless Steel. The paper frame is constructed of high wet strength,
moisture-
resistant beverage board. Two mating
die-cut boxes are bonded together, forming a double wall around the entire
filter. Diagonal supports are designed for
maximum open area while providing excellent structural stability in heavy
dirt loading.

Features:
G-Series Bag Filter is designed to a V-Shape pocket. The
microprocessor control automatic sewing machines can actually
control the stitch loosening and continuously to adjust the
pockets from 60mm to 20mm. V-Shape pocket design allows every
pocket to fully inflate
and maintain a proper spacing with adjacent pockets. Clean air
can freely exit from front to back.
Efficiency:
Per ASHRAE 52.1-1982 standard, the filters have an average
atmospheric dust spot efficiency range 45-50%, 60-65%, 80-85%
and
90-95% (in NBS Test Method); per ASHRAE 52.2, the efficiency is
MERV9, MERV11, MERV12 & MERV14. Operating face velocities
up to 750FPM are available for certain models.
Media:
G-Series bag is fabricated using a special ultra fine fiberglass
media
w/0.25” thickness reinforced by an integral non-woven backing.
Using
a variety of materials, the range of filtration efficiencies can be
spanned from 45-50% to 90-95%.
Sealant
Each stitch of pocket is sealed with a special adhesive to prevent
the possibility of contaminant leakage or media break-off. Frame:
G-Series Bag Filter consists of a series of individual pockets,
which are bonded to a corrosion-resistant header
frame. Media and metal frame are glued to ensure product
integrity during operation.
Features:
S-Series Bag Filter is designed to a V-Shape pocket. The

range of filtration efficiencies can be spanned from 45-50% to 90-95% and
> 95%.Sealant

ASHRAE Grade G Series W-PAK Extended Surface Air Filter- Glass fiber
The W-PAK G-Series filter has wide range of
efficiencies and rigid compact design makes this
an excellent product for upgrading current system
and for new installation.
G-Series filter is used in a wide variety of
applications. They are
ideally suited for Hospital, Pharmaceutical, Office
Buildings and processing Plants, etc.
Features:
W-PAK filter contains moisture-resistant pleat stabilizers on both sides of
the media pack. This ensures that the tapered pleat configuration will not
be deformed throughout the service life of the filter. The design of the
pleat stabilizer offers maximum media filtration
capacity, furthermore extending filter life span.

Media:
W-PAK G-Series filter media is a continuous piece of certified high
density ultrafine glass fiber media. A non-woven synthetic backing is
laminated to downstream side of the glass fiber media. Media is
color coded by efficiency.
Backings:
Class 1 – Woven Glass Scrim
Class 2 – Non-Woven Polyester or Nylon
Media Support Grid:
A corrosion-resistant metal support grid is bonded to the media
to strengthen pleat construction and stability.
Frame:
The enclosing frame is a galvanized steel construction. Diagonal
supports on both upstream and downstream sides enhance the
construction of the filter. This construction provides W-PAK filter
with exceptional strength and durability for a longer life span. It is
available in header or non-header type.
ASHRAE Grade S Series W-PAK Extended Surface Air Filter- Synthetic Fiber

ASHRAE Grade W-Cell Extended Surface Air Filter

Extended Surface Air Filter is a
Separator- type air filter which is
designed for any commercial or
industrial HVAC systems use, required
medium to high efficiency. Per ASHRAE
52.1-1982 standard,
W-Cell filters have an average
atmospheric dust spot efficiency range
60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95% (in NBS Test
Method); per ASHRAE 52.2, the
efficiency is MERV11, MERV12 &
MERV14.
Operating face velocity ranges are from 0-
375FPM
(0-1.9m/sec) for 6 inch (150mm) deep filters,
and from 0-625FPM (0-3.175m/sec) for 12inch
(295mm) deep units.
Air filtration system which was originally
supplied by
other equipment manufacturers can be
replaced by W-Cell to improve air cleaning
performance and enhance reliability.
Features:
Both edges of aluminum separators are rolled to prevent media
tearing and provide maximum integrity. Rolled edges can also
reduce the injury of cutting worker's hands during installation.
For special use, high temperature resistance filter is available for 750
FPM
use.
Ultra-Fine Glass Fiber Media:
W-Cell Media is manufacture from glass microfiber. The media is
water-
resistant and can withstand temperature up to 350℃.
Fire-Retardant Sealant:
Filter element is completely sealed around with fire-retardant
epoxy, polyurethane form or silicon sealant.
Face Guard:
A Metal hardware close faceguard installed on both sides of the filter
is available as an option.
Temperature:
Standard units are rated for maximum 200℉. Temperature up to 750℉ can
be obtained by optional sealants, gaskets and frames.
Outer Frame:
The frame is available for Wooden Frame (Fire-Retardant
Particle
Board Frame) and Metal Frame (Galvanized Steel, Aluminum
and Stainless Steel) in box type or header type. High
Density Fire- Retardant Particle Board Frame is an unique
construction to ensure maximum rigidity of filter.
ASHRAE Grade P- CELL Extended SurfaceAir Filter
P-Cell Air Filter is the most saving space air
filter
(only 4” thickness). It is thinner & lighter,
but with high performance of air filtration.
P-Cell is the best choice for HVAC system. It
is ideal for new installations, as it is smaller
to be able to save air handling unit’s space
& cost.
Features:
P-Cell Air Filter is made by mini-pleats to enlarge the media
filtration area. Although the thickness is only 4”, it can make air
flow rate 2000
CFM by size 24”x24”. Compare with other medium efficiency air
filters,
P-Cell air filter has better performance in pressure drop.

microfiber paper is formed with a dual density construction, coarser
fiber is formed on the upstream and
finer fiber is formed on the downstream. This structure can increase
media’s
dust collection capacity.
The Synthetic Fiber is made of meltblown microfiber offering maximum
dust collection capacity.
P-Cell media is pleated form the filter pack and use hot melting glue to
replace the traditional aluminum
separators. It is without the aluminum separators or expanded metal
to
support the media, but ensure the
maximum air flow and minimum resistance to enhance the dust
collection capacity.
Outer Frame:
The frame is available for Paper and Metal Frame (Galvanized Steel,
Aluminum and Stainless Steel).
Paper frame consists of two-pieces of moisture-resistant press paper.
Tow press papers are bonded together
to comprise a double wall frame, and the media pack is just stick
closely with this double wall frame.

AIRREX V-Cell Air Filter is with multiple mini-pleat media packs and
enable to remove air contamination, such as dust, smoke, vapor, soot,

capacity and longer life span. Operating range of Face Velocity is from
0 to 750FPM (0-
3.81M/sec) for 12”(292mm) deep units. Efficiency:

Media:
V-Cell media is manufactured from water-resistant glass microfiber.
The media is pleated from the filter pack and use hot melting glue
to replace the traditional aluminum separators.
V-Cell media can withstand temperature up to 350 ゚ C. The
connection between filter face and frame is sealed by fire
retardant epoxy,
polyurethane foam or silicon to ensure the filter leakage free.
Outer Frame:
The frame is available for Metal Frame (Galvanized Steel, Aluminum
and
Stainless Steel) in box type or header type and ABS frame in headed

Features:
Salt Proof Air Filters are specially designed for the environment like
factories, buildings which are located along the beach, Nuclear Power
Plants and etc. Most of particle size of salt is poly-dispersed and in the
range of 0.5μm to 30μm. AIRREX Salt-Proof Air Filter provides a 95%
high efficiency in salt holding capacity. The salt will not spray again or
hydrolyze by moisture when it is caught by the filter.
Construction:
The particle size of salt is in a range of 0.5μm to 30μm. The filter media
contains two layers of fiberglass materials in different densities. The rough
layer can catch the larger particle size in order to reduce the load of dense
media and extends filter’s life span.
Media:
The filter media is contained two layers of glass microfiber in different
densities. Media is with excellent water repellency, and provides 95% high
efficiency in salt holding capacity (per ASHRAE 52.1-1982 standard, in NBS
Test Method). Both edges of aluminum separators are rolled to prevent
media tearing and provide maximum integrity.

The frame is available for Wooden and Metal Frame (Galvanized Steel,

High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter –Deep Pleat Type
Features:
HEPA media is made of ultra fine glass fiber formed into a 0.038mm thick mat and is pleated to allow a larger
surface area to be incorporated within the housing. The media is water-resistant and can withstand
temperature up to 500 ゚C. Deep Pleat Type Air Filter is spaced by corrugated aluminum separators, each
separator has at least 0.038mm (0.0015”) thickness. The aluminum should conform to alloy type 5052-H39,
3003-H19, or 1145-H19, of QQ-A-250/11 or ASTM-B209.
The term of “HEPA” filter is defined as the filter to provide a minimum of 95%
overall efficiency on thermally generated mono-disperse 0.3 micrometer particles.
AIRREX manufactures a complete line of HEPA filter and consists of efficiencies:
95%, 99.97%, 99.99%, 99.999% (EU12 - EU14). The filter provides Standard (STD
series) and High (HI series) capacity series.
The STD Series HEPA Filter is generally operated at velocities 275 FPM (for depth
11-1/2 inches), 175FPM (for depth 5-7/8 inches); and the HI Series is operated at
velocities up to 500FPM (for depth 11-1/2 inches).STD Series HEPA Filter is rated
for a max. 220 ゚F temperature use. Temperature up to 750 ゚F can be also
available by using optional sealant, gasket and frame.
HI Series HEPA Filter is designed to handle higher air flow. Compared to STD
Series, HI Series has more pleats and more filtration area. It handles higher air flow
with the same resistance. The lower resistance can provide filter longer life span
and reduce energy cost.
Each filter is individually tested with thermally generated DOP aerosol. The filter
is certified to have a minimum guaranteed efficiency and the results of DOP test
are indicated right on the label. This has been the industry standard test method
for many years. It is conducted in accordance with EN-1822 using an Auto Scan
System to test HEPA efficiency. By measuring the upstream and downstream
concentration of these particles, the filter efficiency can be calculated. TDA-33
Leakage Test Equipment can scan to detect the pinhole leaks of HEPA by using
liquid aerosol.
Corrugated Aluminum Separator:
Corrugated aluminum separators maintain uniform spacing between each pleat
to allow free flow of air through the filter to ensure all media to have more
effective use and increase the strength of filter pack.
Both edges of aluminum separators are rolled to prevent media
tearing and provide maximum integrity. Rolled edges can decrease the
possibility of worker’s hands to be injured during installation.
Efficiency:
All HEPA filter efficiency is tested in accordance with US MIL-STD-282
(EU Standard) and EN1822. The series provide guarantee efficiency
from 95%, 99.97%, 99.99% to 99.999% (EU12-EU14) or H10-H14 (per

Media:
The ultra-fine glass fiber HEPA media is formed with high density
papers. The media is water-resistant and can withstand temperature
up to 500℃. Deep Pleat Type can provide more filtration area.
Although the filter media is designed to withstand 100% humidity, it is
not designed to operate in vapor environment. When the filter
exposures to such condition for too long, the filter media will absorb
and retain moisture, and thus the filter will be saturated and blocked.
As time goes by, filter will fail due to excessive blockage. The function
of the filter can be restored by blowing dry air through the filter.
Sealant:
Each media pack is sealed with a special adhesive to ensure the filter
media leakage free.
Frame:
The frame is available for Wooden Frame (High Particle Board Frame)
and Metal Frame (Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel or Aluminum) in Box

THE COMPANY’S FILTRATION BUSINESS FOCUSES ON: The assembly of the primary filter (low efficiency filter), called as disposable filter, is usually made of carton frame, then the secondary filter (medium efficiency filter) which includes washable filter, pocket filter and rigid type or medium filter and lastly, the final filter (high efficiency filter) which includes HEPA and ULPA filter. These filters are commonly used in the Air Filtering System of semiconductors and Electronics firms, Control rooms, Air Handling Units (AHU) of buildings, malls, hospitals, museum, Food Industries and Paint Booth filtration systems of automotive manufacturers and dealers.  We also make filter bags for wet and dry filtration which are micron rated and is mainly used in the industrial pollution control and product recovery system of power generating and emitting companies. These includes cement, milling, flour making companies and the likes.

Efficiency: By ASHRAE Standard 52.1-1992, the efficiency of arrestance is higher than 65%. Media: Media material or PE, PP or Nylon; single layer or double layers with metal (iron) support. Customer can selection black rubber or wide range of metal materials as the filter casing, thus ease of cleaning and maintenance to save operating costs. Outer Frame: Outer frame can be also a wide range of metal selection which is including of Galvanized Steel, Aluminum or Stainless Steel. Features: Non-woven air filters provide maximum air flow, low pressure drop and greater efficiency for dirt arrestance. They are suitable for air intake or air exhaust filtration. Efficiency: The media is tested in conformity with AFI (Air Filter Institute). The arrestance value exceeds 65% and the resistance is under 2.5mm. Media: The filter media consists of Polyester fiber, Acetate fiber and Nylon; and is by all-direction needle rolled for making fiber nets, which the fibers are contacted completely to provide higher arrestance and dust holding capacity. Filter can also be made to order with acid-resistant or alkali-resistant specifications for particular uses upon request. Outer Frame: The filters are available in a wide variety of sizes, styles, and thicknesses. The width of the filters is up to 2.9M. They can be framed by Beverage Board, Galvanized Steel, Aluminum or Stainless Steel. Dimensions can be tailor-made to meet customer's requirement or roll sizes.

Fiberglass Mat Panel Filter Aluminum & Stainless Steel Air Filter Features: Each filter is treated with a non-toxic, non-flammable exclusive dust adhesive, which is non-odourous and will not migrate. Efficiency: By ASHRAE Standard 52.1-1992, the efficiency of Arrestance is higher than 65%. Media: The filter media is designed for heavy duty applications. The media is white tinted on the air intake side and color tinted on the air exhaust side to ensure proper installation. Media is molded in shape from long continuous filament of fiber glass in such a way that the filter is gradually dense from the air intake to the air exhaust. More density of glass fibers will potentially extend the span life of filter. Outer Frame: The frame is constructed of high wet strength, moisture- resistant beverage board. The filter pad is enclosed by one- piece paper frame to prevent filter media blow out under normal operation.Outer frame can be also a wide range of metal selection which is including of Galvanized Steel, Aluminum and Stainless Steel. All Aluminum & Stainless Steel Air Filters have a complete selection of standard sizes. Special sizes are available upon request. Because the filters are manufactured of 100% aluminum or stainless frames and filter media, they can be easily cleaned and serviced for saving your coasts and providing durable life span for filtration uses. All Aluminum Air Filter All Aluminum air filter is the most economic and most effective way for industrial ventilation equipment. Filter is formed with 7 layers of different density (pore size from coarse and fine) of aluminum screen wires; dust collection capacity and efficiency are very good. It is different from the local made filters with the same aluminum mesh aperture. Stainless Steel Air Filter All Stainless Steel Air Filter has low resistance and high dust collection capacity which make this filter to be an ideal filter for many industrial uses. The filter media is composed of multi- layers of pleated and corrugated stainless steel screen wires. The cross stainless bars are attached to the both sides of media pack for adding rigidity. The construction offers maximum filter surface area.
  • 10. W-Pre Disposable Pleated Air Filter Features: W-PRE radial wedge pleat is with the greatest media area exposed to the air flow which can contribute filter’s dust collection capacity. They are available in 1”,2”and 4”nominal thicknesses. W-Pre Disposable Pleated Air Filters are available in a wide range of sizes; and with slight or without any system modification, is able to fit most commercial and industrial installations. Only need to use gaskets and fasteners to adapt W-PRE filter to existing filter bands. These filters are also suitable for variable air volume system. Operating face velocity range is from 0 to 500FPM for1”and 2” thickness filters, and 0 to 625 FPM for 4” thickness filters. Efficiency: Per ASHRAE 52.1-1982 standard, the filters have an average atmospheric dust spot efficiency range 30-35% (in NBS Test Method; per ASHRAE 52.2, the efficiency is MERV8) and an average arrestance of 90-94% (in AFI test method). Media: W-PRE filter media is a special blend of nonwoven cotton and synthetic fibers offering high dust-holding capacity and high efficiency. Media Support Grid: Expanded painted metal provides a flat, stable surface that allows 100% media to metal adhesion. This eliminates media damage caused by overlapping wire grids that cannot be 100% attached. Expanded painted metals give a better corrosion resistance than others. Outer Frame: Outer frame can be also a wide range of metal selection which is including of Paper, Galvanized Steel, Aluminum and Stainless Steel. The paper frame is constructed of high wet strength, moisture- resistant beverage board. Two mating die-cut boxes are bonded together, forming a double wall around the entire filter. Diagonal supports are designed for maximum open area while providing excellent structural stability in heavy dirt loading.
  • 11. Medium Extended Service Bag Filter (Glass Fiber) Efficiency Extended Surface Bag Filter - Synthetic Fiber Features: G-Series Bag Filter is designed to a V-Shape pocket. The microprocessor control automatic sewing machines can actually control the stitch loosening and continuously to adjust the pockets from 60mm to 20mm. V-Shape pocket design allows every pocket to fully inflate and maintain a proper spacing with adjacent pockets. Clean air can freely exit from front to back. Efficiency: Per ASHRAE 52.1-1982 standard, the filters have an average atmospheric dust spot efficiency range 45-50%, 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95% (in NBS Test Method); per ASHRAE 52.2, the efficiency is MERV9, MERV11, MERV12 & MERV14. They are ideally suited for Hospital, Pharmaceutical, Office Buildings and processing Plants, etc. Features: W-PAK filter contains moisture-resistant pleat stabilizers on both sides of the media pack. This ensures that the tapered pleat configuration will not be deformed throughout the service life of the filter. The design of the pleat stabilizer offers maximum media filtration capacity, furthermore extending filter life span. Efficiency: area and dust holding Per ASHRAE 52.1-1982 standard (equal to EN779), the filters have an average atmospheric dust spot efficiency range 45-50%, 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95% (in NBS Test Method); per ASHRAE 52.2, the efficiency is MERV9, MERV11, MERV12 & MERV14.The W-PAK G-Series filter has wide range of efficiencies and rigid compact design makes this an excellent product for upgrading current system and for new installation. Backings: Class 1 – Woven Glass Scrim Class 2 – Non-Woven Polyester or Nylon Media Support Grid: A corrosion-resistant metal support grid is bonded to the media to strengthen pleat construction and stability. Frame: The enclosing frame is a galvanized steel construction. Diagonal supports on both upstream and downstream sides enhance the construction of the filter. This construction provides W-PAK filter with exceptional strength and durability for a longer life span. It is available in header or non-header type.

They are ideally suited for Hospital, Automotive painting System pr in any critical application while high efficiency is essential, and fiber shedding can not be tolerated. The medial is extremely durable and non-shedding. Features: W-PAK S Series filter contains moisture-resistant pleat stabilizers on both sides of the media pack. This ensures that the tapered pleat configuration will not be deformed throughout the service life of the filter. The design of the pleat stabilizer offers maximum media filtration area and dust holding capacity, furthermore extending filter life span.
