(1) Filming was to take place at an abandoned house that contained several hazards. (2) Hazards identified included long grass that could cause tripping, broken glass on the floor that could cause cuts, broken slabs outside that could also result in tripping, and a wardrobe with glass mirrors that could shatter. (3) Control measures to address the hazards included gluing down loose carpet, informing actors about long grass, cleaning up broken glass before filming, removing broken slabs, and carefully opening and closing the wardrobe. With these controls, the risks were deemed negligible or slight.
