(1) Filming was to take place at an abandoned house that contained several hazards. (2) Hazards identified included trip hazards from long grass, broken glass, and slabs outside the house. There was also a risk of mirrors in a wardrobe shattering. (3) Control measures to address the hazards included cleaning up glass, removing broken slabs, and carefully opening the wardrobe during filming. With these controls, the risks were deemed negligible or slight.
