The film Snapped follows Lena, a shy 17-year-old student who isolates herself from others in her small town of Oaks. Strange things begin happening to Lena, like finding mysterious notes and feeling like she is being followed. Flashbacks of her unstable former friend Lucy haunt Lena, as her hidden past threatens to destroy her sanity. The film builds tension as Lena questions her own mental state and worries her past has caught up to her for revenge. In the end, both Lena's past and her own mental state are destroyed, though the disturbing events leave an unsettling effect on the entire town.

Age-related Driving Performance: Effect of fog under dual-task conditions
The present study investigated the driving performance of older and younger drivers using a dual-task paradigm. Drivers were required to do a car-following task while detecting a signal light change in a light array above the roadway in the driving simulator under different fog conditions. Decreased accuracies and longer response times were recorded for older drivers, compared to younger drivers, especially under dense fog conditions. In addition, older drivers had decreased car following performance when simultaneously performing the light-detection task. These results suggets that under poor weather conditions (e.g. fog), with reduced visibility, older drivers may have an increased accident risk because of a decreased ability to perform multiple tasks.

She moved to Oaks, when she was fifth teen and continuingly isolates herself from the other students, who know nothing about her even since she arrived in the small town. Lena starts to notice strange notes and footsteps behind her, has her hidden past continues to haunt her to the point of murderous insanity. Beginning: Strange activity in Lena schedule starts to make her paranoid and she often finds herself jumping in fright or looking around often.
- 2. Middle: She sees and old ‘friend’, her past has caught up with her and she begins to debate her sanity. End: Her past is finally destroyed along with her, though the tension stays with the town of Oaks. Synopsis It opens up with movement through the library books, as if someone’s weaving in between the shelves, it goes around the corner revealing a young student looking through the religious books in the library, she drops the book accidently trying to reach one and a small note falls out. Looking over the girls shoulders, it reveals a note saying that she is been watched. Paranoid she turns around as if the note is real and someone is watching her. Walking home from the library, she notices someone staring at her, turning round to check see what they are looking at, she turns back around to see the strange figure has disappeared. Freaking out Lena starts to quicken her pace home, but a variety of flashbacks of her mentally unstable friend and her in the same forest a few years back, re-living the betrayal leaving a psychotic friend seeking revengefrom her past prevent her from doing so.
