This document summarizes a speculative design project exploring how human interactions and relationships could be influenced by emerging technologies like facial recognition and autonomous weapons. The project hypothesizes a future where surveillance technology is widely available and imagines how people may react by becoming overly reliant on machines for decision making. It aims to make people reflect on how current technologies already influence behaviors and discuss avoiding technologies taking control of human reasoning.

3. HOW?
Starting from the theme of surveillance
I analysed facial recognition systems
which brought me to a research into
biometrics
As every surveillance systems it has
effects on people’s privacy,
being based on the use of big data.

4. HOW?
After the research I hypothesized
a future scenario democratisation
of surveillance technology
and i imagined how people reacted
to it

5. WHY?
to show the change of human
interactions and relationships
between people
influenced by facial recognition
machines used in a everyday situations
and To make people reflect on how
even currently our behaviours are
influenced by technology

6. WHY?
and going in this direction,
relying too much on the machines
can bring us to destroy
the humanity in our interactions
which will surely have
drastic effects on social life

We could arrive to the paradoxal
point thatAutonomous machines
take over human reasoning

Machine take over our decisional
power and people start to trust
their opinion more their own
