Benchmarking Assessments 
A benchmarking assessment is the perfect tool for testing 
existing employees on the absolute core of their role. By 
choosing the levels of difficulty and what question topics to 
include in a test allows you to pin point strengths  weaknesses 
a lot more accurately. 
Benchmarking Assessments can be used in the following

HOW IT WORKS 
All tests are taken and administered via a secure online 
website in which each test user would have a unique session 
ID to login with. 
Once the test user has logged on, the site will be prepopulated 
with the pre-ordered tests; the tests will begin once the user 
has clicked begin. 
All results are then sent back to Field Recruitment head office 
for our test administrators to correlate the results into a 
readable report; they are then sent back to the client/test 
orderer. 
The test report will include a variety of data sets to allow you 
to pin point exact areas of strengths and weaknesses. 
The data sets are the same for all tests and include- 
Report Data Sets- 
Questions Correct- A simple X out of X reporting formula. 
Percentage Correct- Above score put into a % score. 
Global Average- Compare the test user against the global 
average of the chosen assessment. 
Detail Score Report- View each question topic and type, 
whether or not the user answered correctly and how long it 
took to answer that question. 
Question Level Stat’s- Shows how many questions were 
answered correctly within each of the beginner, Intermediate 
and advanced levels. 
Question Type Stat’s- Shows how many questions were 
answered correctly within each test topic. For example1: the 
excel test covers Formatting, Formulas, Functions and 
Application basics. 
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced- 
All tests are split into beginner, Intermediate and advanced 
sections; providing a basis for separating candidates who have 
limited exposure from those who are conversant with in a 
specific topic.

HOW TO ORDER 
First of all, you need to decide what test(s) you want your candidate or employee to take. We have an extensive list on the Field 
Recruitment website (www.fieldrecruitment.co.uk/skills-tests) or you can discuss with an Account Manager what it is you want them 
to be tested on and they will find the most relevant test or selection of tests for you.

PRICING  PAYMENT 
Test credits are individually priced at £12.99 + VAT, with bespoke assessments priced at £24.99 + VAT. Discounts are available 
determined by the amount of credits purchased. You can purchase credits in advance and then convert them to open sessions when 
you have a test user. 
Payment Details 
We accept payment via bank transfer or credit/debit card over the phone. Invoices will be issued before payment and receipts issued 
once payment has been received.

Where are your offices? 
Field Recruitment is based in Swindon, Wiltshire, UK. However, as the tests are internet based we are able to service clients all over 
the world. 
What are the minimum system requirements to be able to perform a test? 
The testing site has been tested on both Mozilla Firefox 2.0 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0. Versions higher than these also work. 
Other browsers and earlier versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer may not work. Various browsers (such as Mozilla Firefox and 
Microsoft Internet Explorer) handle text fonts, colours, and graphics differently. Sometimes, even different versions of the same 
browsers will display objects differently. 
Not all browsers work optimally with our site, and even the most advanced browsers may require some fine-tuning to optimise the 
displays for your computer. If you have any problems, please consult your browser's help file.

How long do credit’s last for? 
Credit’s last for 12 months and can be refunded, in full, at any time. 
How long do session ID’s last for? 
Session ID’s last for 30 days once issued. There is no refund once a session ID has been issued. 
What if I have a candidate drops out or simply a change of plans about a specific test user? 
Once a session ID has been issued you can swap the test user as many times as you like until the test has been completed. 
Can I see a test before I purchase it? 
Yes, we provide a sample test so you can make sure the difficulty is correct and it has the right questions etc...
