This is Brand New Product for Nextgen product types in home after implementation of 6761(Home) forms. This product
serves Farmers with new Rates and Agents expansions will be more reliable in the current market. As part of Anjanasoft, we did end
to end testing for this project.

• Understanding the technical specifications related to static and Dynamic form Functionalities.
• Have been performed Unit testing, Run command center batch for validating forms output and open defect.

printing and postalmailing of the Farmers All-lines Billing (FAB) bills (26-5090), notices of cancellation (26-5091)
and Important Expiration Notices (26-5092) to FACT IAs and Farmers IA agents.

Description
This new feature will allow customers to view the future premium
amounts on their statement. The enhancement will reduce calls and
provide a better customer experience.

Customers often call in and ask about their future installments. Agents and Service Operations team members have the
ability to review the premium spread on the Installment Schedule screen in eAgent. This is not an available option to
customers. Although a printer friendly format is available for the customer, upon request,it is limited in the information
provided.
