• Fibre To The Premise (FTTP) access network for
  residents and businesses in Atherley – Uptergrove
  Village.
• One of the underserved rural communities located in
  Ramara Township, Simcoe County, Ontario, Canada.
• Green/Brownfield deployment designed with next
  generation fibre solutions
• Open network infrastructure with Service agnostic
  principle providing significant bandwidth to users >50
  Mbps
• Creation of a Portal that will act as the principle
  entertainment access network for any IP based services

AUVF.NET Build Plan
•   Business case and financial analysis Q1/2 2007
     –   Business fundamentals assessment,
     –   Funding sources determination
     –   Service Provider negotiations
     –   Customer canvassing, sign up and Portal establishment
•   Phase 1 Summer 2007
     – Hub establishment at 4423 Orkney Beach road
     – 2.1 Km Fibre build between hub point and the SCBN fibre connection on
       Highway 12.
     – Create fibre drops along Orkney Heights and Orkney Beach road to initial
       adopters
•   Phase 2 Fall 2007
     – Extension of initial fibre coverage to Uptergrove, Fountain Beach, Plum Point and
       Anderson Ave. (Business and Marine coverage?)
•   Phase 3 Winter 2007/8
     – New fibre in Atherley along Creighton St .down to Florence Ave. with appropriate
       drops and spurs along the route.
