Feelings Feelings are a sensation you experience or emotions that you have.  You have feelings about everything.  There are so many feelings that you can have and everyone can feel differently about things.
Good Feelings Emotions that make you have a good sensation. Happy, Excited, Amazed, Serious
Happy To be glad about something.
Excited To be feel anxious about something.
Amazed To be greatly surprised about something.
Silly
Bad Feelings Emotions that give you bad feeling. Sad, Angry, Worried, Hate
Sad To be upset about something. Sometimes when people are sad they cry.
Anger To be mad.
Worried To be concerned about something.
Scared To be frightened about something.
Ways of Dealing with Feelings Read a book. Exercise. Talk to a friend. Talk to a family member. Listen to music. Write about it in a diary. Get some sleep.
Sharing Your Feelings It is good to talk about your feelings.  If you are mad at someone its good to talk to them about it and figure out how to fix the problem. It is not good to keep all your feelings inside.
