A 25-year-old male presented with a 2-year history of diarrhea, weight loss, and abdominal pain. Laboratory tests showed elevated blood glucose and lipids. Imaging revealed pancreatic calculi. A diagnosis of fibrocalculous pancreatic diabetes (FCPD) was made based on the pancreatic stones found on imaging combined with the confirmation of diabetes from blood glucose tests in the absence of characteristics of type 1 or 2 diabetes.
