This document contains a navigation test with 5 multiple choice questions about map reading terminology and a navigation data sheet to record details of a route march from headquarters to points A and B and back. Students are asked to identify the type of line that runs at a constant elevation, the abbreviation for above mean sea level, and the terms for vertical and horizontal grid lines on a map. They must also complete the navigation data sheet with the grid references, bearings, distances, times and descriptions of the route.
