It is led by a managing director and two directors of finance/agribusiness and production/marketing. He is a founder of the Finespace and Business Consultancy Limited. He holds
Bachelor Degree of Science in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness from
Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA).He worked with CRDB Bank Plc in the
department of Credit for five (5) years as Credit Analyst majoring in Microfinance Loans. He
is a Trainer of Kaizen Trainers (TOKT) as well as expertise trainer in credit management,
business planning, financial literacy, project proposal write ups, marketing and
entrepreneurship.
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND AGRIBUSINESS
RASHID MGWENO
He is a co-founder of the Finespace and Business Consultancy Limited. He holds
Bachelor Degree of Science in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness from
Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA).He worked with CRDB Bank Plc. in
the department of Operation for one (1) year as Bank Teller majoring in cash operations. Also
he worked with College of Agriculture and Natural Resource (CARNE) as tutor in Agribusiness
and Entrepreneurship for two (2) years. He is an expertise trainer in enterprise management,
cash management, business planning, project proposal write ups, farm management and
entrepreneurship.

He is a Co-founder of the Finespace and Business Consultancy Limited. He
holds Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness from
Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA).He worked with FINCA and Equity
Bank in the department of Credit for two (2) years and two (2) years respectively as Credit
officer and risk officer respectively. He is an expertise trainer in credit management, financial
literacy, business planning, project proposal write ups, marketing and entrepreneurship.
