Project Title : Liquid Fraction
Project Description :OTSG is capable of producing 80% quality steam. Currently the 20%
condensate (Liquid Fraction) is sent to reservoir with the steam and no recovery is being done to
separate the 20% condensate from the outlet of the OTSGs. As part of full development of the field,
100% steam quality is required to enhance and maintain the oil production. Therefore, Oxy is
implementing a project to modify the OTSG to produce the 100 % steam quality by lining up the
steam separator inside the OTSG skid. The separated 20 % liquid fraction from all the facility will be
recoveredandwill be senttowatertreatmentfacility.
