This document provides information about a family health care presentation for a visit conducted by University of Medicine 1 students to Myo Haung Ward in Thanlyin Township, Myanmar. The visit took place on December 11th and 18th, 2015 under the guidance of the Department of Preventive and Social Medicine. The objectives of the visit were to provide comprehensive health care to assigned families, learn about factors influencing community health, and develop skills in communication, responsibility, and empathy. A survey was also conducted with objectives of describing the socioeconomic characteristics, health risk behaviors, morbidity status, and health of under-5 children in the studied community.
