The World Health organisation (WHO), which was
established in 1948, has always had as a major objective

graduate on time would be included in a community
assessment focused on keeping kids in school.

seniors who need medical financial assistance.

highlight resources that may be available.
The community assessment can identify communities with
similar demographics that have successfully addressed
similar needs and can be used as a blueprint (first
planning) for identifying assets.
