KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Coordinate the sites Emergency plans, Elements and Requirements.
 Regenerate and regularly update the company HSE instructions as required.
 Hold Weekly Site HSE meetings with the concerned parties and record minutes of meeting.
 Prepare and issue HSE reports and records, as well as ensure issuing of Sub-contractors reports.
 Full awareness and implementation of the requirements of the Environmental Management System
(including EMS programs) and the applicable Environmental Laws, Regulations, Codes, Standards
and other requirements.
 Full awareness and implementation of the requirements of the Health and Safety Management
system. (OHSAS 18001) , attending its internal and external auditing
 Participating in accidents and incidents investigation, reporting and follow up of the recommended
actions to prevent recurrence

3.  Review and issue the permit to work and related work procedures and risk assessment.
 Participate in Emergency planning, Evacuation drills, Exercises and First aid response.

 Participate in TBRA (Task Based Risk Assessment) for critical jobs
 Participate in sites Near Miss reporting and analysis.
 Monitor HSE performance at sites and support company project Managers to play their
effective leadership in HSE.
 Prepare and issue Site Waste Management Performance indicator for the sites
 Participate in HSE training activities for all employees' levels by preparing and issuing HSE Training
matrix and conducting training courses for all site peronnel and visitors.
 Furnish Technical Assistance on HSE problems.
 Identify and specify all HSE requirements aimed at protecting Human life and avoiding the
adverse Environmental Impact.
 Supervise HSE Team during CLT (comissioning leak test) and GLT (Gross Leak Test)
 Supervise HSE team during Start up and comissioning
 Check all Site requirements during start up and comissioning
 Ensure and perform all necessary Gas measurements during hot work and maintenance
operations
 Obtain the MSDS S for all Hazardous materials to ensure safe handling use & storage of
such materials
 Check & inspect periodically all Site facilities to ensure that all safety requirements are in
place.
