The plant has been well laid out, being compliant to customers such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Sears
and consists of approximately 2000 workers.
PLANT AND MACHINERARY:
The complete range of imported machineries is from Juki and Brothers.
The machine range includes –
 Modern sophisticated garment s machines.
 Circular knitting machine
 Rib machine
At present tot al no.sewing machines are 800 which areincreasing gradually as per business
volume.
SAMPLE ROOM:
We have an independent fully equipped of sample department with 40 no. of machine. We can
turn around on sample within 24 hours as per buyer’s requirement. We can make 400 pcs of
samplein monthly basis.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT TEAM:
In today’s high speed changing world we realize that the biggest challenge is to ensure that we are
always ahead with the new ideas and competition. Our development team is experienced and
talented with new fabrication,styling design for upcomingseason.
MERCHANDISI NG TEAM:
We have a team of highly experienced merchandising team who ensure that all the needs of
customers are communicated in a proper, timely manner to our various personnel in the fabric,
trims sourcing and coordinate with production team to ensure all materials are in house to
maintain our planned cut date and on time delivery. Our merchandising team ensures daily
communication with our customers and we are available round the clock to ensureif our customer
needs any information or assistance.
The team of merchandisers along with the team leader will update buyers once a week the
complete status of order,in order to maintain a transparent working environment between buyers
and us. This report called the “WIP report” (Work in process) gives a history of the sample, fit
status up to every approval of fabrics, trims together with the production status of each order
placed with us.

COMMERCIAL AND SHIPPI NG DEPARTMENT:
Our commercial and shipping department team ensure that all commercial works are done
properly and on time. They follow up all BB LC’s, documentation of import cargos, clearance of
importcargos, custom clearanceand stuffing of export cargos,container loadingin planned vessel
to ensure export & import cargos takes place in timely manner. Also they ensures that the custom
and legal requirement of all importingand exporting cargos to the country’s are complied with.
