• APD EXPORTS is a recognized Export House established in
1984 by Mr Dilip Dudani. Having spent 21 years in the
garment export industry- Mr.Dilip Dudani has been
constantly bringing a fresh perspective to the trade.
• We, at APD Exports, are a "One Stop Source" for all your
garment necessities. We manufacture and export trendy
garments to meet every genders fashion requirement. We
have developed a niche for ourselves as we have been able to
successfully manufacture, innovative and create apparels
repeatedly. Emphasizing new fabric developments and being
absolutely uncompromising on quality has been the calling

3. INFRASTRUCTURE
• The head office is located in Mumbai having
state of the art of showroom.Our core strength
lies in Product Development & Design Inputs
and we offer latest trends to our customers
coupled with our in-depth study and shopping
to create a line for a particular brand 'n' to
bring newness in the ever changing fashion
world.
• We have production facilities in both Mumbai
and Bengaluru. Our in house sampling unit in
Mumbai is fully equipped to make 110 samples
a day. The average production capacity in
Mumbai is approximately 85,000-1,00,000
pieces a month.

4. • Our Bangalore factory has been assessed
and approved by buyer stores like,S.Oliver,
Espirit, Germany from Europe & Shopko ,
Kohl’s from USA. Our factory is BSCI
compliant factory. We have approximately
350 machines in Bangalore and can
manufacture 65000- 75000 woven garments
per month and 25000-30000 pieces in
scarves.

5. We at APD Exports are equipped with
the most efficient state of the art machinery,
which enables 100% fabric checking, cutting,
finishing and packing to facilitate maximum
productivity without compromising on the
overall quality. Multi-head embroidery
machines imported from Japan (Barudan) are
capable of turning around appliqués, badges
and detailed embroidery. Cuff and collar
making machines, feed of the arm juki
machines, fusing machines, smocking
machines, pnueumatic snap attaching
machines, ramson steam boilers just to name
a few of the machines we are equipped with.

6. PRODUCTS
WOVEN GARMENTS
We offer a wide variety of comfortable woven
wear in vibrant and subtle colours. Manufactured from
soft fabric made from cotton & its blends , these casual
wears do not shrink and can be machine washed. Our
array of wovenwear include :
Men’s clothing :
The product range manufactured and exported from our
factories is diverse ranging from casual & street wear
shirts including knit-woven combination shirts. Strong
emphasis is also laid on detailing and washes. Our
factories are also able to successfully manufacture
garment dyed apparels like: pigment dyeing, dip-dyeing
and this remains to be our strong forte.

7. Our expertise lies in special handling of indigo products with latest washing
techniques.

8. • Women Clothing: The diverse product range
manufactured and exported from our factories
include dresses, blouses, tunics, skirts, and nightwear.
Special emphasis is placed on hand embroidery, print
and detailing using sequins and embellishments.
• The fabric qualities range from 100% cotton, viscose &
viscose blends, 100% modal & its modal blends. Our
specialization lies in washes like: Cold pigment dyeing
& other special washes on light weight fabrics.
Tailored with fine detailing to create a style as per
requirement of the customer. We spend a lot of time
and effort in bringing innovations in our apparels

9. • Children Clothing: We manufacture kids clothing for both:
girls & boys starting from age-group 2 years onwards to
18 years. The product range includes: boys shirts, girls
tops, girls casual pants, shorts, dresses, etc. The products
are manufactured keeping in view the testing parameters
& requirements for children clothing in Europe & USA.
• Nightwear: We offer sleep wear ranging from ladies
pajama, tops, sleep shirts, men’s boxers and shorts.
Our Sleepwear’s are available for men, women and also
for kids. Our main focus while designing sleep wears is of
extra comfort and easy to dress-up. The fabrics include:
fine count soft cotton with special treatments, viscose &
its blends.

10. Accessories-Scarves & Beachwear
• We manufacture all kinds of scarves &
beachwear products including – Sarongs,
Kimonos & Kaftans specialising in solids, yarn
dyed, jacquards, prints. Our fabric qualities vary
from 100%cotton, 100% polyester, 100% silk,
100% viscose/modal & blend of polyester Cotton,
Linen Cotton etc.
• Our niche lies in different printing techniques
including digital print & emphasis on
embellishment including – hand embroideries &
other value addition.
