protect your self and the client during the consultation.
What is Tracing
Tracing is making contact with a client either telephonically or physically by visiting the client at their
home or work place in order to facilitate the negotiation between the client and the creditor.

Before you make contact with the there are a few thing that you need to do to ensure that your
consultation goes well

- Do some research and check the Clients file
- You will be able to see a lot of information on the file like what was
purchased .
- Check the Type of debt that will give you an idea of how to approach
the customer
- Check If there are any discounts available.
Check the clients ID number that will tell you their age if they are male or female
First 4 is the date of birth the second four indicate if they are
male ot female 5k plus is male. The next chareter is you
nationality 0 means you are from SA and one means you are a
forener. Lastly the last to is random parity pits.

- Check your tempreture before leaving the house.

- If your or any of your family test positive for the viruse you must please report it immediately to
your supervisors so that you can be informed of the necacary steps.
- It is also the obligation of the company to report it to the Health department.
