Anisotropic Bianchi Type-III Dark Energy Model with Time-Dependent Decelerati...IOSR Journals
An anisotropic Bianchi type-III cosmological model is investigated in a Saez-Ballester scalar-tensor theory of gravitation. Three different time-dependent skewness parameters along spatial directions are introduced to represent the deviation of pressure from isotropy. To get deterministic solutions of the field equations, we choose variation law of scale factor 𝑆= (𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑡)1𝑙 which yields a time-dependent deceleration parameter (DP) representing a model that generates a transition of the universe from the early decelerating phase to the present accelerating phase. Some physical and geometrical properties of the model are also discussed.
Automatic DNA Sequence Generation for Secured Effective Multi -Cloud StorageIOSR Journals
Abstract: The main target of this paper is to propose an algorithm to implement data hiding in DNA sequences
to increase the confidentiality and complexity by using software point of view in cloud computing environments.
By utilizing some interesting features of DNA sequences, the implementation of a data hiding is applied in
cloud. The algorithm which has been proposed here is based on binary coding and complementary pair rules.
Therefore, DNA reference sequence is chosen and a secret data M is hidden into it as well. As result of applying
some steps, M´´´ is come out to upload to cloud environments. The process of identifying and extracting the
original data M, hidden in DNA reference sequence begins once clients decide to use data. Furthermore,
security issues are demonstrated to inspect the complexity of the algorithm. In addition, providing better privacy
as well as ensure data availability, can be achieved by dividing the user’s data block into data pieces and
distributing them among the available SPs in such a way that no less than a threshold number of SPs can take
part in successful retrieval of the whole data block. In this paper, we propose a secured cost-effective multicloud

Sports and Conflict Prevention; the Way Forward For Global PeaceIOSR Journals
Abstract: This paper discussed sports and conflict prevention by looking at the way forward for global peace.
Generally conflict is defined as a state of disagreement between persons or group of persons. The major causes
are usually differences in opinion, prejudice and discrimination, belief, and access to valued scarce resources.
Conflict is an important part of human existence and a natural part of our daily life. Conflict can either be
positive or negative depending on how it is handled. Conflict can emanate from various sources, within us,
school, home and community or the society at large. Achieving global peace means creating peace within
individuals, communities and the society. Sports as a veritable tool for social transformation can be effectively
utilized to achieve a certain level of peace among individuals and nations. This paper focused on the possibility
of utilizing the values of sports in creating understanding, tolerance, and respect for human dignity,
development of moral values and social integration as a vehicle for creating peace among nations. If nations
can achieve these qualities, then conflict can be minimized and global peace can be guaranteed. The influence
of sports on character formation and social cohesion has direct bearing on peaceful attitudes. The development
of emotional fitness, self-esteem, need for recognition, sense of belonging and feelings of anger, hostility and
aggression are all met through participation in competitive sports. The sports environment starting with the
athletes, coaches, umpires, spectators and vendors should all portray peace and act in a manner the peace can
prevail. To prevent conflict and achieve global peace, sport managers, handlers and enthusiasts must develop
the capacity to detect conflicting situations among nations and develop strategies in sports to deal with before it
erupts.

Effect of glycine as an impurity on the properties of Epsomite single crystalsIOSR Journals
Epsomite (MgSO4.7H2O) is a hydrogen bonded crystal having a wide range of applications in various fields. Pure and glycine added Epsomite (a total of six) single crystals have been grown and characterized in order to investigate the effect of glycine as an impurity on the properties of Epsomite crystals. The densities and lattice parameters observed indicate that the impurity molecules have entered into the crystal matrix. The grown crystals exhibit good optical transparency in the wavelength range 210-1100 nm. Second harmonic generation measurements indicate that they are nonlinear optically active. Results obtained through microhardness measurements follow the normal indentation size effect. Electrical (AC and DC) measurements indicate that all the six crystals grown in the present study exhibit a normal dielectric behavior and the electrical conduction is understood to be due to the protonic movement. Moreover, glycine addition is found to reduce εr value significantly indicating the possibility of Epsomite crystal becoming a low -εr value dielectric material.

Design of Adjustable Reconfigurable Wireless Single Core CORDIC based Rake Re...IOSR Journals
In wireless communication system transmitted signals are subjected to multiple reflections,
diffractions and attenuation caused by obstacles such as buildings and hills, etc. At the receiver end, multiple
copies of the transmitted signal are received that arrive at clearly distinguishable time instants and are faded by
signal cancellation. Rake receiver is a technique to combine these so called multi-paths [2] by utilizing multiple
correlation receivers allocated to those delay positions on which the significant energy arrives which achieves a
significant improvement in the SNR of the output signal. This paper shows how the rake, including dispreading
and descrambling could be replaced by a receiver that can be implemented on a CORDIC based hardware
architecture. The performance in conjunction with the computational requirements of the receiver is widely
adjustable which is significantly better than that of the conventional rake receiver
Project Managers Vs Operations Managers: A comparison based on the style of l...IOSR Journals
Within a century after the emergence of the initial theories in leadership area, several theories have tried to explain the different styles of leadership and the extent to which leaders’ styles can affect the overall success of the teams or the organizations being led by them. Regardless of the different ways in which these theories explain and address the styles of leadership, two concepts of ‘task’ and ‘individual’ are focused by most of them. Leaders, depending on their personal traits, attitudes, and situational considerations may show different levels of concern for tasks and individuals. Also, the environment in which a leader operates may affect the leader’s concern for tasks or individuals. Project environments, regarding the temporary nature of project-based activities, basically differ from operational environments in several aspects. Consequently, leadership in project environments may require a different style in comparison with operational environments. The current study has applied ‘concern for tasks’ and ‘concern for individuals’ as two dependent variables to make a comparison between project managers and operations managers based on the style of leadership. An online survey in a global context helped us to collect data from 159 project managers and 171 operations managers. The respondents were from different countries and various disciplines. The collected data were analyzed in SPSS using ‘independent sample t-test’. The results of the analysis revealed that project managers in general show a balanced concern for tasks and individuals, whereas operations managers have a high concern for tasks and a lower concern for individuals.

Comparative Analysis of Varios Diversity Techniques for Ofdm SystemsIOSR Journals
In this paper, three transmit diversity techniques are proposed that use extra transmit antennas to
obtain additional diversity. An analytical expression for the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and bit-error-rate at the
output of a three-branch maximal ratio combining, equal gain combining and selection diversity system is given.
The three branches are assumed to be Rayleigh fading, correlated with the BPSK modulation. Measurements of
the signal-to-noise ratio and bit-error-rate after selection, equal gain combining and maximal ratio combining
were made in Rayleigh fading channels and compared with the analytical results. Also presented are the exact
analytical average probabilities of bit error for coherent binary phase-shift keying for three-branch maximal
ratio combining, equal gain combining and selective diversity for Rayleigh fading channel. All these three
branches is compared on the basis of signal to noise ratio and bit error rate with the increasing no. of receiver.
This work confirms the benefits of choosing the maximal ratio combining instead of equal gain combining and
selection diversity by measuring the performances of these three branches for SNR and BER.

Ethernet Enabled Digital I/O Control in Embedded SystemsIOSR Journals
Abstract: This paper presents very simple and economical way to provide Ethernet connectivity to micro controller based embedded systems. This system uses arm7 controller to store the main application source code, web pages and TCP/IP stack which is a vital element of the system software. an Ethernet controller chip,ENC28J60 is used to handle the Ethernet controller chip.ENC28J60 is used to handle the Ethernet communications and is interfaced with the host micro controller using SPI pins. There are several I/O pins available at the micro controller which are used to interface with sensors and relays for monitoring and controlling operations. Now a day, internet has spread worldwide and most of the internet connections use Ethernet as media for data transfer. in industries or in home appliances ,most of the time we need to monitor and control different parameters using micro controllers. Once we enable Ethernet interface to such systems, we can communicate with them remotely over the internet Keywords:Ethernet controller; TCP/IP stack; serialperipheral interface (SPI),ENC28J60, Triac,Sensors

East Java of Indonesia.
Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of Quality of Service (X1), the image of School (X2) either
partially or simultaneously to the satisfaction of Parents' (Y) in the School of Surabaya. This study has four
hypotheses, namely: (1) there is an allegation of a positive and significant relationship between service quality
in partial satisfaction of the Parents' School in Surabaya. (2) there are allegations about a positive and
significant relationship between the partial image of the Parents 'Satisfaction (Y) in the School of Surabaya, (3)
there is a suspicion of a positive and significant relationship between service quality and image simultaneously
on Parents' Satisfaction in School Surabaya, (4) there is suspicion between the two independent variables and
the image and quality of service, quality of service is the most significant effect on increasing Satisfaction
Parents' School in Surabaya? ..
The subjects of this study were parents of students with a sample of 100 respondents (stratified
random sampling). Data was collected using a modified Likert scale. The data obtained and analyzed with the
help of Program Statistics for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 16.00 for Windows with multiple regression

I. Introduction.
The need for quality education is now getting the attention of the public. Today most people are willing
to sacrifice a higher cost just to get a quality education and will promise a better future. Education today will
determine the direction in which a person will continue higher education.
One of the educational institutions in Surabaya is a vocational high school in Surabaya. This school is a
formal educational institution. School in Surabaya have programming skills such as accounting, office
administration and marketing. SMK in Surabaya has several facilities to support various academic activities,
some facilities in vocational high schools are located in Surabaya is: laboratory, computer and language, school
health unit (UKS), cafeteria, mini banks and libraries. Data show that from the year 2005 - 2010 there was an
increase of students who withdrew, 24 students who dropped out in the 2005-2006 school year, 26 students
dropped out of school in the 2006-2007 school year, 25 students dropped out of school year 2007-2008, 22
students dropped out in the 2008-2009 school year and 28 students dropped out in the 2009-2010 academic year.
Improvement can occur because of dissatisfaction with service education experienced by students in vocational
high schools in Surabaya. Therefore, the school felt the need to implement strategies for the students to
complete their education at vocational schools. One of them is to be done is to increase student satisfaction in
carrying out studies in vocational high schools. But these efforts to improve customer satisfaction is always
closely linked to the quality of services provided by the school.
According to MN Nasution (2005:3) (1), the importance of quality can be explained from two angles,
ie angles operational management and marketing management conceptual framework.

II. Basis Theory.
Quality of service is a form of the totality of characteristics of goods or services that demonstrate its
ability to meet customer needs, whether it's obvious or hidden (Kotler, 2000) (2) Quality of service can be
measured by looking at how effective the service to narrow the gap between the expectations of the services
provided. Tjiptono (2005:110 (3)) states that quality is a dynamic state associated with products, services,
human resources, processes and environments that meet or exceed expectations. For example, location, cost,
accreditation status, the number and qualifications of the staff and teachers.
Furthermore Tjiptono, et al (2008; 67) (3) states that in order to create customer satisfaction, quality of
products offered by the organization to be eligible. Because the quality of a number of levels: the universal (the
same everywhere), culture (depending on your cultural values), social (shaped by socio-economic class, ethnic
group, family, friends relationship), and personal (depending on each individual's preference or taste). Service
quality contributes significantly to the development of differentiation, positioning, and marketing competitive
strategy of any organization, whether manufacturing companies and service providers. Figure deemed to affect
the minds of consumers through the combined effects of advertising, public relations, physical image, from
mouth to mouth, and a real experience with goods and services (Norman in Kandampully & Dwi Suhartanto,
2000:347) (4). Image is also defined as the overall impression formed from the minds of the public about an
organization. It is associated with the name, the form of architecture, products / services, and the impression of
the quality of communication by each worker organizations interact with clients (Nguyen & LeBlanc, 2002:243)
(5). Meanwhile Kotler said image is a set of beliefs, ideas and impressions that are owned by for an object
(Kotler, 2000:208) (3). Image is built by what the consumers or the public feel and know about the company,
the role of advertising companies are very powerful influence in addition to the creation of corporate image
information by word of mouth from customers. Personal experience, information received from others, and
promotion by all companies can have an impact on the image of corporate customers (Kurtz & Clow,, 1998:4)
(6). Manufacturers in school management is very aware that to make a bigger school (have lots of students) then
the parent satisfaction factors become very important factor for parents to meet the satisfaction of school
education to win the competition. Determine the level of parental satisfaction with the school can do to share
strategies to improve school quality. This concept is consistent with the view of "Quality Movement" is a
systematic approach to improve production and services based on customer satisfaction that parent satisfaction
with the influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty and commitment from the community to the school where
their children get an education. So it is not surprising that the current strategy is chosen to be a successful school
/ success more focused / consumer satisfaction oriented (parents as a determinant of the decision to the student)
in order to win the competition in the market "Customer Satisfaction Study" is one of the important activities of
the marketing results).
School as an institution of education providers should really focus on improving school education to
have the satisfaction of parents so that parents will defend their children learn in school. Dealing with so many
schools there and offer special programs / competitive advantage and differentiated for each school to be very
important in influencing the choice of parents in educating their children. Only schools that have a school
perceived image (image of the school) a good that can affect the level of satisfaction of parents find school.
Market development is so rapid now encourages consumers to consider the characteristics of the brand image
than products offered. Satisfaction of parents in the education sector can be attributed as customer satisfaction,
commitment and loyalty that affect parents of school children. Parents who are not satisfied to move their
children to another school. Indeed, in terms of school, parents are the main customers of the education offered
by the school, but parental satisfaction is key to customer satisfaction with the school..
According to Kelly, 2009 (7), school quality can be seen from the ten characteristics indicate that

the subject matter presented in accordance with the needs of the workforce, each subject was given a lesson of
entrepreneurship. According to the government Supranto (2006) (8) of the Regulation is applied in a fair school,
guidance counselors implement development programs in the form of counseling, school rules apply to all
students. Quality and Quality of Service are appropriate to define quality, but the quality can be determined. The
concept of quality itself is often regarded as a measure of the relative goodness of a product or service consisting
of quality as a function of the quality of the design of the product specifications, whereas quality of
conformance is a measure of how many products are able to meet the requirements or quality specification.
Suitability for use as a quality (fitness for use). Definition emphasizes the orientation on meeting customer
expectations. (Josep M. Juran in FandyTjiptono, 2005:11) (9), Definition Picture considered to influence the
minds of consumers through the combined impact of advertising, public relations, physical image, from mouth
to mouth, and a real experience with goods and services (in Kandampully & DwiSuhartanto Norman, 2000:347)
(10). Image is also defined as the overall impression formed from the minds of the public about an organization.
It is associated with the name, the form of architecture, products / services, and the impression of the quality of
communication by each worker organizations interact with clients (Nguyen & LeBlanc, 2002:243) (11)..
Satisfaction in Education, Parent satisfaction in the field of education can be attributed as customer
satisfaction, commitment and loyalty that affect parents of school children. Disgruntled parents can transfer their
children to another school. Indeed, in terms of school, parents are the main customers of the education offered
by the school, but parental satisfaction is key to customer satisfaction with the school..
According to Kelly, 2009, (12) school quality can be seen from the ten characteristics showed that:
1. The attitude of the staff in the office.
2. Attitude of the principal.
3. Composition teachers mixture of old and new.
4. Centered student.
5. Program supervision / mentoring.

Methods and Data Analysis Techniques.
a. Regression Analysis.
Multiple linear regression analysis with the analysis of the following equation:
Y = a + b2X2 + b1x1 + b3x3 + b4x4 + b5x5 + b6x6 + b7x7.
where
Y: X 1 Parent Satisfaction: Reliability.

b. Significance testing.
1. Coefficient of Determination Test
Coefficient of Determination (R) 2 is the sum of the extent of compliance with the regression equation
data. The coefficient of determination (R) 2 also shows the proportion of the dependent variable explained by
the independent variables, the greater the (R) 2, the greater the proportion of variable explained by the
independent variables, otherwise if (R) 2 is getting smaller, it can be said that the contribution of the variable
that the variable is smaller that depends. More details can be said that the magnitude of the coefficient of
multiple determination (R) 2 is between 0 <R2 <1. The coefficient of determination can be calculated by the
equation:

Where :
R2: coefficient of determination.
Jk (reg) : The number of squares regression.
ΣY2: Total squared correlation.
2. F-Test.
F-test was used to determine the level of significance of the influence of variables - the independent
variable (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles) simultaneously on the dependent variable

3. T-test.
T-tests were used to verify or test the partial regression coefficients so that the known variables
Reliability (Xl), responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), and tangible (X5), simultaneously to the
satisfaction of Parents (Y).
T test can be calculated by the equation:
t-count =

Hypothesis testing steps are as follows
a). formulate hypotheses
* Ho = There is no positive effect of variable reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles,
partly for the satisfaction of the elderly
* Ha = There is a positive effect of variable reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles, partly
for the satisfaction of the elderly
b). Using a confidence level of α = 0.5
c). testing criteria
* If t count> t-table then (Ho is rejected and Ha accepted) means that there is a positive effect of variable
reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles, partly for the satisfaction of the parents.
* If t <t-table then (Ho accepted and Ha rejected) means that there is a positive effect of variable reliability,
responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles, partly for the satisfaction of the parents.

Testing the hypothesis.
To explore the data, it is necessary to analyze the data to find the influence Quality of Service (X1), School
Citra (2), Parent Satisfaction (Y)..
Furthermore, hypothesis testing is done by:.
a. T-test.
Testing is done by comparing the t-value calculated by the t-table. If t> t-table, then Ho is rejected and H1 is
accepted..
1. Effect of Service Quality on Satisfaction Parents.
To determine the effect of Service Quality Of Parent Satisfaction statistical tests are needed. So to test them
using statistical hypothesis as follows:.

Y = 5.040 X1 0.194 0.239 X2.
where in:
Y = Parent Satisfaction.
X1 = Quality of Service.
X2 = Picture School.
b. Constants of 5040 states that if there is variable quality of service and the image of the school parent
satisfaction fixed (constant) of 5.040. That is, if the variable quality of service and the image of the school is not
listed, parent satisfaction will remain.
c. Regression coefficient of X1 (Service Quality) number 0194. States that whenever there is a 1 in service
quality will affect '0194 Parent Satisfaction with 0,045 errors show the influence of other independent variables..
d. Regression coefficient of X2 (School of Image) from 0239, shows that whenever there is a 1 in the school's
image would affect Parent satisfaction with an error of 0.239 to 098 show the influence of other independent
variables.

Effect of Service Quality and Satisfaction Image School Parents'
To determine the effect of Quality of Service (X1) and the School of Image (X2) of the Parent Satisfaction '(Y),
then testing using the F-Test testing is done by comparing the value of the F-table. If the value of the F-count> F
table means that the independent variable X (1 ... n) simultaneously affect the dependent variable (Y). To
determine the Quality of Service (X1) and the School of Image (X2) of the Parent Satisfaction '(Y) using the
following hypothesis: Ho :: no significant effect between Quality of Service (X1) and School Pictures (Y). Hi: ≠
≠ ≠ 0: at least ≠ 0 with the test criteria: Ho is rejected if the F count> F table. To test this hypothesis, requires the
following:.

Coefficient of Determination (Square Multiple Correlation) is a coefficient that is used to determine the
contribution of independent variables to changes in the dependent variable changes. Variance in parenting
satisfaction variable of 81.5% can be explained by the variable quality of service and the image of the school.
The remaining 18.5% is explained by other variables not examined..
IV. Discussion and interpretation.
Impact of service quality and image of the school to the satisfaction of the parents in Surabaya. The
results showed that there are significant quality of service along with a 5% risk of error, while partially
significant service quality and image of the school with the results of the study to the satisfaction of both parents
simultaneously or partially with an error risk of 5% is also significantly..

V. Conclusion
Based on the above discussion can be summarized as follows:.
a. Service Quality partial influence on job performance 4.336 (the t-table 1.980). Based on hypothesis testing a
significant difference between Service Quality Satisfaction 'parents, for t-count on the t-table …
b. School Citra partial influence on job performance 2.440 (the t-table 1.980). Based on hypothesis testing a
significant difference between the image of the School Parent Satisfaction, because the t-test on the t-table …
c. Simultaneous influence of two variables: Quality Care and Education for the image of a parent satisfaction are
at 0.815 or 81.5%. Conclusions based on the results of the hypothesis, that the Quality of Service and School of
images simultaneously significant effect on Parent Satisfaction '
d. Service Quality (X1) and Parent Satisfaction '(Y) with a value of 0.802 and the relationship is greater than the
value of the image relevance Schools 0774. So the quality of service that most significantly affect parental
satisfaction ..
VI. Suggestion
From these results, suggestions are given author is :
a. There are many other variables that need to be further investigated, to know the things that really significantly
influence parental satisfaction.
b. Surabaya School of Management must constantly maintain and improve service quality and image of the
school and the parents of students as consumers can meet the needs and expectations of the quality of education
that they expect that the reputation of the school in Surabaya can always be maintained in the midst of society,
especially in the face of competitive challenges between education providers.
