Only application formis required to besubmitted through MSforms.MSFormsdoesnothave
option of providing attachments.Kindly sharetheattachmentsthrough emailalong with the
application form.
8. While submittingthe applicationform, whatdocumentsare requiredtobe submitted?
The documentsmentioned in theEOI as well as in the Application formarerequired to be
submitted.

2. 9. Word count restrictionisappliedinMSForms andour writeupof EOI isexceedingthe default
limit.Althoughinthe MSWord formatthe contentis adjusted andcompletedbutwhile filling
the MS Formsformat,there isa limitationonthe contenttobe added.
The characterlimit forresponseincluding spacesforany question is 4000 charactersin MS
Forms;therefore,you arerequested to follow this limitation on MSForms.We also encourage
and recommend thatthecontenton application formboth in MS Word formatand MSForms

Budgetsubmission isnot required with theapplication. A full proposalwith budgetwill be
requested of shortlisted applicantsfromthisEOI.
12. Currentlywe donot have NOC.Asper currentpractice NOCsare obtainedafterprojectsare
awarded.Canwe submitour applicationinthiscase?
Yes, the application againsttheEOIcan be submitted,however,organization mustshareproof
of previousNOCsand commitmentthatthey can acquire NOCtimely to implementproposed
project.
13. Can we uploadthe file throughGoogle docor throughothercloud-basedservices?
The use of Googleor any other cloud-based servicesisnotacceptablefor submission of
application formand required attachments. Kindly submittheapplication and attachments
through multipleemails, indicating the email number,i.e.,if there are 5 emails fromany
organisation dueto heavy file size then each email should clearly display the email numberas:
