Four students presented a project proposal for creating a virtual exhibition Android application to their professor. The presentation introduced the concept of online exhibitions as alternatives to physical exhibitions that overcome limitations of space, time and location. It described how a virtual exhibition allows global access to museum collections. The objectives of the proposed app are to provide a platform for virtual trade shows and active participation by visitors. The presentation covered the proposed system architecture, which would include registration/login, event creation functions for organizers, and viewing of current events for users. It concluded by discussing the software and hardware requirements to develop the Android application.

• An Online Exhibition, also said to as a Virtual Exhibition.
• Online Exhibition present a practical and cost effective
solution to the limitations of physical exhibitions.
• Virtual exhibitions are viewed as dynamic as they often
undergo ongoing change in terms of activity an content.
• Once the exhibition is put online it
becomes immediately available to all over the world.
• The information has to be passed to all, so that they can better
understand the efforts and sacrifices who built the nation,
understand the cultural diversity in modern society, and
contribute productively to expand the unity.

3. Abstract
• Online virtual exhibitions are acknowledged as important
complimentary counterparts to physical exhibitions.
• It overcomes space, time and location restrictions and allows
global visitors to access these priceless and exciting treasures
that are stored in museums, archives and other institutions
basis.
• Well constructed virtual exhibitions can offer alternative
experiences to the real thing and open up other opportunities
that include learning, more content beyond physical exhibits.

an industry meet up to exchange information, introduce new
products, services and trends.
• Active participation and contribution by visitors through forums
and uploads, online shopping, and others.
