whattype of feedbacktheyintendtogive,andexplainingtheirpurpose ingivingthe feedback.Thenthe
otherpartnercan continue the conversation. Trytoavoidswitchtrackingbyintroducingfeedbackforthe
openingpartner.
Whenyou’ve come toa conclusionof the conversation,the partnerwhoopenedthe conversationcanClose
it,pretendingasthoughyouwill meetlatertodiscussmeasurestakento addressthe feedback(if anyneeds
to be had).Then,the otherpartner can Opena new feedbackconversation.
