Summary
In the world of marketing which constantly and rapidly evolves Pointme is a solution
which merges traditional offline advertising with digital marketing, providing a fresh
and dynamic approach to the way marketing is executed.
Problem
Brands spend lots of money on marketing campaigns and quite often those cam-
paigns are intended to achieve reach, visibility, engagement and rarely involve their
customers to create content. According to statistics, campaigns with user generated
content are 85% more efficient than traditional ones. Community managers that exe-
cute those campaigns need to take care of 3 or 4 different social media channels. If
we estimate that 3 persons work for 48,000 € a year each (total 144,000 € per year)
and they lose 35% of their time doing so, it comes down to 50,400 € that is lost every
year.
Solution
Pointme is a digital marketing tool that incorporates user generated content and
award mechanics, providing social media visibility and reach, direct market feed-
back and data, increased customer loyalty and brand awareness, social media moni-
toring and management.
Milestones
We developed and launched our MVP on the market which achieved great results
with minimal investments and got positive feedback from users, clients, and experts.
Based on that result we raised 15k € from ABC Accelerator. With the current re-
sources, we expect our product to be complete in Q3 of 2016. Our plan is to get to
the bigger markets (Central Europe) in Q1 of 2017.
Revenue Model
Revenue streams include fixed fee model + variable costs. We offer 3 different pric-
ing models which consist of specific features for each pricing model. Pricing model
is divided on free trial, basic (1000€), standard (3000€), premium (5000€) and enter-
prise model (custom made).
We are aiming at 10 annually premium model paying customers till the end of 2016.
while in 2017. we want to double this number. Considering estimations for revenue,
our projection is to reach €600,000 in 2016. while increasing it to 30 premium model
annually paying customers which results with €1,800,000 for 2017.id.
Funding
Within 12-month period we need $250,000 for covering all expenses. We need fund-
ing to cover development (API for social monitoring), sales and marketing to expand
on bigger markets (Italy, France, Germany, Poland, UK)

Startup acquisition by Salesforce.
