We were ask to work with his leadership team in order to unify
procedures in all units spread around Brazil. Three months after
our training we received a report from the HR department telling
us that the leadership team from northeast and north were
performing 18% above their standard results.

In 2013 Pearson had a challenge to incorporate the workforce of
a company that they bought by the end of the previous year. We
had just a few hours to imerse the new and old task force
together and give them a new perspective about the company
and their role. We talked to 300+ sales person and the result was
that by the end of 2013 their revenue went up 3% besides the
facy that they bought another huge group (Multi) and had a
major change in leadership roles.

We were ask to work with his leadership team in order to lower the turn
over of their entry level workforce. After a presentation followed by a full
day of training the buffet report that almost 35% of their seasonal
employees applied to become part timers and the turn over drop down
substantially.

When we started working with this group, formed by very competitive
groups of entreprenours, the main challenge was to make them work
together instead of spreading bad rumors and gossip about each other’s
business. We worked on fields like client perception of their business, self
achieveness, partnership with others to create more quality, based on
neuromarketing/sales and neurolearship findings. We have been with them
by the beggining and end of the year and the results were visible in the
meeting. Every single participant had a story of good results in partnership,
satisfied clients and a lot atendees in their annual fair.
