4. Cost Effective Time Allocation
Each of our clients will be able to access 40 hours a month in any service
combination they choose. Special circumstances or additional time can be
accessed at $80 per hour. This is a large savings compared to the
traditional consultant cost structure.
Based on the usage of 40 hours a month the hourly rate on the three cost
options are as follows;
Three Month Option - $45 per hour
Six Month Option - $40 per hour
One Year Option - $35 per hour
5. Why a New Model ?
Traditional consulting is expensive and narrow. By leveraging our
experience we can provide a more flexible, cost effective option.
Small business today is challenged to complete the tasks necessary to
grow with the constraints of time and staff. While you concentrate on your
core business we can be the support staff that helps you stay on course.
We want five clients at a time only. That is the number we feel can be
serviced at a high level. We are not interested in being big. We are
interested in being good.
By structuring this way we can control the cost to our clients. A fixed
monthly cost is predictable and constant, unlike a traditional model.
6. Who is Robb Trombley and why is he
doing this ?
Robb is a 30 year survivor of Corporate America who has managed at the
Executive level for 25 of that. His career has been in Supply Chain and Logistics
Management, with four different companies and one start up in nine different
cities. His speciaity during that time was turning around troubled operations
and building high performance teams. A proud BGSU Falcon along with three
of his children, Robb lives in Twinsburg with his wife Diana.
Robb started this company a few years ago when he was asked by a friend to
consult and help with his business. From time to time he was asked to do the
same and did so. The results were very satisfying. He made a difference and
enjoyed doing it. It was from this experience that the idea that is now
Trombley and Associates was born .

7. Who are the Associates ?
Currently the Associates are comprised of professionals within the business
suites that can provide additional assistance when called upon.
There are also companies that have affiliated with us in the Supply Chain
side that offer pricing to Trombley & Associates clients.
Our goal is to expand our suite of services depending on demand. Legal,
HR and Financial are examples of planned expansion.
