Here you will receive your training materials and expected to start your self learning journey:
Tuesday you will learn about basics of Finance
Week 1
Wednesday
Start your training on lean management
Week 1
Thursday
Review, here you have a test that you have to go through to check if you understood the training
Week 1
Friday,
Based on your test results, you will have to either go through a review with a mentor to go over
the points which you did not understand.
If there are certain topics you did not understand, you only have to attend that specific topic.
Week 1
Saturday,
You are assigned an entrepreneur case!
Week 1
Sunday OFF
Week 2
Monday:
Meeting with your entrepreneur to understand the business
Here you have to ask the questions that you need to develop your business analysis.
Tuesday:
Based on meeting with entrepreneur, I start working on ideas on creating an MVP.
Wednesday:
Finalize MVP plan with entrepreneur
Thursday:
Start working on a cost calculation
Week 2
Friday :
Develop smoke test for product
Saturday:
Launch smoke test and see result
Week 3:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday :
Work on sales forecast
Thursday and Friday :
Finalize budget and effect loan to entrepreneurs
Week 4&5:
Monday to Friday :
Marketing of product
Refining product based on test of MVP
Week 6
Pass the torch to someone else
Write a report of the marketing, tests and business in general to pass on to next team.
