Lesions in Cancer impair P53
Amplification of MDM2( inhibitor of P53)
Prevent unregulation of PUMA( pro-apoptopic

Allowing cells to survive

9. Over expression of BCL2:
Protection of tumour cells from

Eg: B cell lymphoma ( due to
translocation)
