- 2. IN WHAT WAYSDOES MY MEDIA PRODUCT USE, DEVELOP OR CHALLENGE FORMS AND CONVENTIONS OF REAL MEDIA PRODUCTS? •So I chose in my project to represent most popular genre Drama. Using everyday problem of 21 century, which is social medias. So I named opening “Instagram girl”, it’s about girl being pressured by friends to open an Instagram page and losing everything she had and loved, as herself in world of internet media. •.I was inspired by series “Black mirror” which is about future modern world where everything is controlled by medias and robots. Being scared and thinking we should wake up more awareness about this problem.
- 3. HOW DOES MYMEDIA PRODUCT REPRESENT PARTICULAR SOCIAL GROUPS ? •My product represents certain social grups, such as bloggers, youtubers, instagram models which are mostly teenagers. Representing anti-social behavior because of their focus on social medias and not worl around them. Most of this grup would not care how much friends they have but how many followers. Doing things, just so they can take picture of it. Main character is girl who lost everybody when she started living that type of life.
- 4. WHAT KIND OFMEDIA INSTITUTION MIGHT DISTRIBUTE YOUR MEDIA PRODUCT AND WHY ? •So Netflix in recent time grown really big, and started distributing movies and series. So my film is similar to the genre they are promoting, teenage drama. They are supporting young people ideas and they distributed more than 100 independent films. I think that they would be right for distributing my film.
- 5. WHO WOULD BETHE AUDIENCE FOR YOUR MEDIA PRODUCT ? •So this film would be most relatable to the teenagers and young adults. Because mostly that population have social medias and checks them every day. But film is targeted to everybody, is should bring awareness as to youngest also to older audience. Because purpose of this film is to make some impact and change, and for that we need all generations.
- 6. HOW DID YOUATTRACT/ADDRESS YOUR AUDIENCE ? •I tried to attract my audience by trying to cover every theme based of social medias. And as teenager I know what impact social medias can have on somebody’s life. Making teens live life on media, which can have lot of bad output. Like losing contact with friend and family, cyber bulling, lack of sleep, depression, and even suicidal. So I am trying to address anybody who had that experience or know some who have, ad can relate. And also targeting parents, grandparents and anybody who can help,so they can see first signs of their kid getting lost in cyber world.

WHAT HAVE YOULEARNT ABOUT TECHNOLOGIES FROM THE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTING THIS PRODUCT? •I think I have learnt better understanding of cameras function and how to use it more widely and effectively also feel I have learnt how to use camera angles and different shot types more effectively as well to portray the genre I am doing and how I want to film to be perceived i feel that I have become more skilled at using editing software and now know how to more things and use other functions I didn’t know how to use properly before
- 8. LOOKING BACK ATYOUR PRELIMINARY TASK, WHAT DO YOU FEEL YOU HAVE LEARNT IN THE PROGRESSION FOR IT TO THE FULL PRODUCT ? •I feel like it was easier to set up shots and frame them. Also I got better at directing so I was able to explain actors exactly what I imaged and how I want things to be done. Also I checked every shot twice before I was sure I can use it and I do not need to refilm it.
