Cascade preliminary pretreatment.
In a tunnel dirty profiles are subjected to different washing stages applying water jetting with warm and room temperature
solutions. Pretreatment is made by using liquid contained in the underlying tanks thanks to centrifugal pumps. Profiles are
washed by using a system of nozzles and cascades for a complete degreasing of profiles.
Drying in oven
After washing, profiles goes into a warm air circulation oven from which they comes out perfectly dry. Drying oven designed
by our specialists has a constant temperature and uniform ventilation. The heat produced by an indirect combustion gene-
rator, is continually recycled and uniformly distributed in whole chamber.
Powder coating in quick color booth
After drying, the surfaces are completely prepared for painting. The coating powder is applied on profiles by electrostatic
guns. The new booth design helps the easy recovery of over spray. It’s possible to change color in 5 minutes!
Polymerization in oven
Powder has to be polymerized at a temperature of about 200°C. Profiles are polymerized inside the oven for the necessary
time. Oven is built in a way to avoid heating discharges.
Natural cooling
At the end of the cycle polymerization profiles remains on the conveyor for the cooling until the process of unloading is pos-
sible. The systems can be integrated with horizontal translators and packaging lines.
