The European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) supports and strengthens the European trade union movement through independent research, education, and networking. It carries out research on issues related to social policy in Europe. It runs education programs for trade union members and facilitates expert networks in social policy areas. The ETUI is directed by a committee and has departments for research, education, and communication. Its priorities include the European Semester, worker participation, sustainable development, working conditions, and trade union renewal. It publishes research and hosts conferences and debates to disseminate its work.
