1. ESTIMATIONENGINEER
JOB OBJECTIVES
• Take over pre tender meetings and site visits.
• Study scope of works in tenders and Invite quotations and offers & prepare
technical comparisons
• Clarify doubts in tenders through written communications with clients for
unclear/missing information.
• Estimates man-hours, deployment schedules, equipment’s required & project
schedule by discussing with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or
Construction Engineers.
• Ensure timely submission of the tender with all related technical & commercial
inputs.
• Take part in the post tender review meeting with client, providing all
clarification during post tender period.
• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors & sub-contractors.
• Respond to tenders fully as required in tenders’ documents
