Management Style Theory. In his article, Reddin discusses the need to have different styles
based on the demands of the leader. A leader needs to be flexible in their approach to meet the
needs of the job, their superior and their subordinates (1967). Hersey and Blanchard progressed
this theory by introducing the Situational Leadership II model. Their model breaks leadership into

Keillors version were more developed, it left less room for ones own interpretation. Because the

INTRODUCTION
Kiswahili is one of the best documented and most studied African languages and much work has
been done in analyzing various aspects of the language. However, one area which has thus far
been not enough explored is that of the syntactic elements of the relative clause. To this end, the
paper will focus on by providing a detailed (though not exhaustive) analysis of relative clauses
without attempting to grapple with morphology. This is done deliberately so that time is not
wasted on restating too much previous research as morphology in Kiswahili is already a well
researched area. Moreover, Swahili syntax is deceptively simple and can cause one to imagine
that it is of no importance. In a language as highly agglutinative as Swahili, it seems that
morphology is all that is needed to appreciate the language, however, syntax, as will be shown,
does have some powerful implications in the formation of relative clauses.
The morphosyntactic glosses provided will follow the Leipzig glossing convention throughout.
Given the nature of this research, original data has not been collected, as opposed to the previous
study of the NP structure, and all of the examples have been taken from secondary sources namely:

Chaka. Power is often a corruptive concept. If you do not have a genuinely selfless heart, you
will become corrupted by your own power, which often happened to those of power in this
novel. Power can be expressed through controlling others, but it can also be expressed by
disabling others from controlling you by rebelling. Powerlessness occurs when you lose the
determination to stop others from controlling you. In Chaka, Thomas Mofolo distinguishes
between the powerful and powerless by making the powerful easier to relate to than the
powerless, while also showing how very few of the powerless were able to acquire power. The
powerless and the powerful have two very distinct roles in this novel. The powerful are given

content. In general, higher susceptibility rocks produce greater variability in magnetic amplitudes
than low susceptibility counterparts (Ford et al. 2008; Anderson et al. 2013; Table 2).The remanent

affected by the inducing magnetic field in which it is measured. In most cases, the induced

The self made man, the epitome of the American Dream is a paragon of virtue, independence,
and success. The American dream can be defined as a rags to riches story. In his novel The
Great Gatsby, F. Scott Fitzgerald challenges the reality of the American dream through Nick
Carraway, a fairly well off young man with no tangible life goals. Since Nick does not have a real
dream, he compares the many dreamers in his life to the ideal self made man. Fitzgerald conveys
that upward class mobility is achieved only with help and fraud. First, Tom and Daisy Buchanan
were born into massive amounts of wealth and fill the riches qualification of the American dream

particularly depressing, because it paints an image of Wilson dejectedly holding on to his

Mr. McKee also contradicts the American dream s linchpin: independence. Mr. McKee needs

Hello fellow United Nations members, it is an honour to be here. While the MDG s can be
considered a global success as they have enhanced the lives of many people within developing
nations, it is still important to note that there are still glaring factors in developing countries that

believe needs to be focused on is Uganda. Hence, in this speech, I will analyse the characteristics
that have inhibited development in line with the United Nations MDG s and address the progress of
Uganda. By the end of the speech, the recommended appropriate strategies to achieve the goals
/improve on them will be provided. It is hypothesised that although corruption and Civil War have
held Uganda back, social influences along with poverty has stopped Uganda from reaching all their
goals.
Uganda faces many problems that inhibit their development such as Civil War. As stated by
Global Security conflict and violence have plagued much of Uganda since independence (Global

How The Nervous System Affects The Human Brain
Neurons are the basic data processing units for the human brain. Every neuron can receive 1000
electrical impulses from other neurons. Impulses that all come at the same time are added together

To achieve accuracy of DNA replication after the unwinding of DNA, the DNA must be
synthesized. DNA synthesis, in the case, the two strands are disconnected and then turned into
single stranded DNA. This is called replication fork. The replication fork acts as a model for DNA

Highly radioactive waste disposal has become one of the most controversial aspects of nuclear
technology. As the amount of spent nuclear fuel from commercial nuclear reactors and high level
radioactive waste from defense related processing plants has continued to mount, the issue has
become increasingly contentious and politicized.2 The politicization of this issue is especially
evident in the site selection process of a permanent national repository for the disposal of highly
radioactive waste.
