People as well as writers often mistake infatuation with love. As a result, love at first sight is a
common trope in film and literature. Love is something that takes time and effort; people must
choose to put in the care and understanding into a relationship for it to be considered love. While
the two are similar, infatuation is attraction to someone based on their appearance; love is mutual
affection and the act of looking beyond someone s problems and flaws. In Great Expectations by
Charles Dickens, the main characters all indulge in infatuation, but never love. Because Pip and
Estella s lives are built off of appearances rather than character, they cannot form healthy
relationships and thus cannot experience true love.

INTRODUCTION:
Mitochondrion produces the energy that cell needs by breaking down sugars, fatty acids and
amino acids to CO2 and H2O. In this process, which is called cellular respiration, the chemical
energy in sugar, fatty acid and amino acid molecules is captured as ATP. Krebs cycle is a part of
the cellular respiration that consists of series of reactions. And succinate dehydrogenase is one of the
enzymes that is used in this cycle. It basically catalyzes the oxidation of succinate to fumarate. In
this reaction, succinate reduces a FAD molecule, which eventually donates its electrons to
coenzyme Q. However, Azide prevents FADH2 from giving its electrons to coenzyme Q, rather
than an artificial electron acceptor, DCIP takes the electrons. DCIP is a dark blue solution that
gets lighter as it gains electrons. As DCIP gets lighter, its absorbance will decrease. So, the rate
of the reaction can be relatively observed by looking at the absorbance values of DCIP since the
reaction processes, DCIP gains electrons and gets lighter in color. By spectrophotometry we took
the absorbance values. Spectrophotometer is used in the process, which sends beams of light to the

In the film Remember the Titans directed by Boaz Yakin, the main characters of the Titans are
introduced as a group to us in a scene shot in the gymnasium. This scene is when the team first
meets the other prospective team members and develop their relationships with each other. Yakin
uses this scene to show tension and intimidation between the two separate teams, especially
focusing in on the two coaches (Boone and Yoast) while giving the audience an idea of where their
relationship stands. He uses four techniques to create this; blocking, sound effects, camera angles

In the GABA group, intervention was individualized based on strengths and weaknesses of each

and social skills training. Intervention took place both in intensive teaching and natural teaching
