What is Pay for Performance? Pay for performance is a payment approach which
focuses on improving the quality of healthcare. This payment system focuses on
providing financial incentives to providers who achieve health outcomes for their
patients. Providers are typically evaluated on four metrics:

conditions. For example, whether or not providers counseled patients to quit smoking
(Baird, C., 2016).

for our client Unitec. With the site section already been divided into residential lots
(Refer to figure.1); an ideal concept is to be suitable for the Mixed Housing

Introduction This preliminary report has been planned chiefly focusing on the
ideal concept design for Unitec s mixed housing project. Specialising in a design
and Build process, the goal was to obtain a suitable concept design for the design
stage and constructing a road, Stormwater, wastewater and water supply pipes
within the standards. The site area will also be a profit for Unitec facilities and
will be best for families to live in. 2.1 Site location The site location is located at

When thinking of teen films our minds instantly might go to the well known film
The Breakfast Club which was released 1985. Some might think of the 1978 film
Grease. We think of these films because they portray the lives of a group of teens
for a day or even a school year, but the one thing teen films have in common are the
characters main setting is a high schoolor around a high school (Denby 367). The
2002 filmThe Perks of Being a Wallflower can be categorized, by Denby s standards,
a teen film, because it meets the criteria of having goofy young actors trying to make
an impression, teenage angst, and Charlie s, the main character s, enemies are the
