My survey contained ten questions developed around the idea of trying to connect high school
drop out rates and incarceration rates. It was administered to ten people on my floor, three males
and seven females. Overall, it is believed that crime is committed because people need to support
themselves and/or their family. A majority chose 65% as the percentage of inmates in prison who
are high schooldropouts, when the correct percentage was 80%. In addition, they thought more high

I did not realize how careful you have to be when writing the questions because originally I
thought that if I understand what the question is asking, everyone will understand too.
However, each person has a different perspective which is why there was a range of answers. I
had to watch how I worded each question, if I made them too confusing or led them on to a
specific answer. I had to use different formats because multiple choice is not acceptable for
every question. In addition, for the available answers, I had to make sure they were as simple as
possible in order not confuse the testers. I learned that the survey display is very important to
how the question is interpreted; the multiple choice questions made them feel overwhelmed even
though those are the best way to give a simple survey. For the most part the questions were clear
and the collected responses supported the concept I was interested about. If I could improve how

I am an intern at the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic, located on the first floor of the Domestic
Violence Courthouse of Chicago at 555 W Harrison St. The clinic offers free civil legal
assistance to low income victims of domestic violence. I have been interning at the clinic since
August 28, 2017 for 15 20 hours a week. I originally intended to intern on Mondays and Fridays
from 8:30AM 4:30 PM, but due to holidays and instances in which the clinic was closed on
Fridays, I now also intern on Wednesdays from 8:30 AM 12:30 PM. A typical day for me at the
clinic begins at 8:30 AM, when the buildings opens. The actual court opens for first returns of
service 9:00 AM. I usually wait around 30 45 minutes until the clients fill out their intakes
before we proceed with the paperwork they need to file an order of protection. If there are no

There is a lack and shortage of nursing like sever in the United States and keeps worse. By 2020, the
shortage mainly could increase gradually to be more than 1 million full time equal registered nurses
(Health Administration, 2012). NCLEX RN tests can determine both success and failure. The aim

RN tests results on 10 divisions of undergraduate nursing students at a Southern California

Analysis Of The Rose In The Sick Rose
The Rose A rose generally symbolizes love and purity. Roses are used in weddings, for
anniversaries, or given just to say I love you. When roses are seen in our daily lives we don t find
ourselves thinking bad thoughts but after reading several poems that involve this beautiful flower it

compares himself to a rose. One Perfect Rose by Dorothy Parker symbolizes the rose as a
traditional flower given as a gift and The Sick Rose by William Blake brings an idea of the
darkness of a rose. These three poems show similarities and vast differences of a rose as they are
expressed throughout the stories they tell. D.H. Lawrence seems to compare humans to a
flower throughout the poem I am like a Rose . As the writer starts he initially says I am myself at
last (Lawrence line 1). The writer seems to have struggled possibly in to the past trying to figure
out who he is or what his purpose might be. This line suggests that he has finally found who he
truly is and the freedom that he feels knowing this. He also shows that he knows his differences
now from other humans or individuals around him just as a rose is different from other roses
when he writes And single me, perfected from my fellow (Lawrence line 4). He is not
suggesting that neither he nor a rose is perfect but that both are perfectly different from others.
While humans are much alike, there are still many things that make each one unique just as
each flower is made individually. The roses can look the same but if we look closely we can
always find little things that set them apart from any other rose or flower. Perfectly set apart
