of Shakespeare s Hamlet, some of which remain true to the text while others take
greater liberties from the original format. Director Kenneth Branagh s 1996

Similarly to The Great Gatsby , Luhrmann s Moulin Rouge takes on the same effect
of displaying anachronism by working with Monsted to create a soundtrack with a
modern twist. However, the soundtrack of Moulin Rouge has a much different
timbre as it s a jukebox musical and the songs itself are used in replacement of
dialogue at various points of the film. With the vocals of the lead characters of the
film, played by Ewan McGregor, Nicole Kidmanand more, this film also recreates
different original singles with different genres, timbre and tempos to make the
songs relate more to the literal environment of the film and the audience at the
time it was released. One important example would be Kidman s rendition of

Panic! At the Disco Panic! At the Disco (P!ATD) is a pop punk rock band that
consists of the lead singer and face of the group, Brendon Urie, and several
unnamed/unpopular guitarists and drummers. The biggest competitor for P!ATD
is the other main stream pop punk rock band called Fall Out Boy (FOB) which
consists of Patrick Stump, Pete Wentz, Joe Trohman, and Andy Hurley. Although

Civil violence, often representing ethnic, religious or racial conflict has been rising
through the past half century (Gleditsch et al. 2002), but we still have only a
limited understanding of its causes. While there is considerable evidence that the
outbreak of civil conflict results from poverty (e.g. Miguel et al. 2004; Bohlken and

India. Muslims constitute India s largest religious minority, and the observed patterns
of Hindu Muslim violence suggest that Muslims are more likely to have been the

Economic welfare is defined as the level prosperity and financial satisfaction of
participants in an economy. Economic welfare can often be assessed through
statistics such as the level of employment. National income statistics is defined as
the value of goods and services produced in an economic system over a period of
time. National Income can be broken down into four different parts which include
Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Gross National Product (GNP), GDP per capita, and
GNP per capita. National Income is used for variety of purposes in our economy.

century media are unquestionable. In an advanced society it is completely

Unfortunately, there are some clearly negative societal consequences of our vast

towards agenda based and profit influenced reporting. When consuming any form
of media, it is vital to be cautionary of different biases, and factors that may impact
the way information is presented to you as a consumer. It is important to
acknowledge that all media sources operate within the boundaries of some agenda
or purpose. Media sources often times provide very different accounts of the same
information. The Syrian refuge crisis has sparked an extensive amount of discussion
globally. in 2016, it has been one of the most frequently covered topics of discussion.
The uniquely demanding crisis, has had great impact on political rhetoric in every
