ESI’s Phase 2 site assessments are part of our range of expert services designed specifically to help
quantify and manage geoenvironmental risk. Our Phase 2 service uses data from targeted consultations &
site investigations to evaluate potential contamination and geotechnical risks. ESI’s Phase 2 reporting will
therefore confirm the geoenvironmental risks faced and provide costed solutions for land remediation or
