11. The Important Bits
A huge thank you to the students and staff of Bridgwater College for
agreeing to host the event this year and supply all the officials and volunteer
helpers on the day.
In addition, please remember to say thanks to the referees, team helpers
and administrative support.
Litter
At the end of the day there will be some litter nearby where you or
members of your school team have been standing. Please pick it up and
place it in the litter bins provided. Your support will be much appreciated
and will mean that a few people do not have to spend 2 hours at the end of
the day picking all the cans and bottles up.
Lost Property
Every year after this sort of event, many personal items are left at the end of
the day. The college does not have the resources to pick all these up, store
them and help parents retrieve them at a later date. Please ensure that
everything is named and that teachers/team mangers do a final check of the
area where the teams where standing to ensure nothing has been left.
Toilets
Can you ensure that all players take their boots off before going to use the
toilets inside the College site. The College has to be cleaned before Monday,
and we would like to keep the cleaning costs down to a minimum. Thank
you.
Photographs
Will be taken on the day as well as video footage. Please ensure you
complete the consent form that accompanies this programme.
