- Hello, my name is Marat. I’m glad to present our project eResto. Our project is a personal cloud service for restaurant management.
- A current problem of accounting systems is dividing into Front-office and Back-office. Front-office is a part responsible for client interaction. Back-office is all the rest, includes the accounting system, server and cash equipment. Cost of implementing such a system is very high. High service costs. Long-running deployment. Low fault-tolerance.
- Our solution is to automate a next-generation restaurant. NO stationary computers ARE NEEDED to manage a restaurant. It combines Front-office with Back-office.
- Three-stage deployment system. Basic automation package includes waiter and accounting system modules. Cook and Electronic menu modules can be added if you wish. The system will function in any case. What is the system like in short? It comprises 4 modules: Waiter module, enabling to send an order to the kitchen in a matter of seconds without walking away from the clients’ table. Besides a waiter module serves as a dish catalogue for a waiter (to competently answer the clients’ questions), dish absence informator and local messenger. Cook module. It receives information on ordered dishes, order urgency, specific requirements (e.g. not to salt). Electronic menu. It’s an option module to push up sales. Accounting service. It’s available from any device.
