ErasmusPlus is the EU's program for education, training, youth and sports. It focuses on three key actions: 1) mobility programs between 2 days and 2 months for staff development; 2) strategic partnerships between schools or between schools and other organizations to enhance education quality and reforms through projects lasting 12-36 months; and 3) Jean Monnet activities. Key Action 2 strategic partnerships allow more funding and mobility for projects involving cross-sectoral partnerships compared to school-only partnerships.
