We now recognize that racism and discrimination are deeply ingrained in the social,
political, and economic structures of our society. For minorities, these differences result in
unequal access to quality education, healthy food, livable wages, and affordable housing.

§ In two months, overall vaccination rate increased from 85% to 96% with 1,500+
employees getting at least one dose
§ Vaccination rate was 90% or higher across all identified races and ethnicities
What we did
§ 20 town halls reaching 2,100+ employees
§ 20 department huddles ready with just-in-time vaccines
§ Outreach hotline supporting 280+ calls with confidential clinical consultations
§ Weekly vaccine safety education including top FAQs and myth buster

Few Facts, Millions Of Clicks: Fearmongering Vaccine Stories Go Viral Online False claims tying coronavirus vaccines to infertility drive doubts among women of childbearing age ‘Please, please, please don’t let anybody know that I got this vaccine.’” “…these patients are desperate to ensure that their vaccine-skeptical friends and family never find out what they have done” We now recognize that racism and discrimination are deeply ingrained in the social, political, and economic structures of our society. For minorities, these differences result in unequal access to quality education, healthy food, livable wages, and affordable housing.
