Epigenetics is the gene that silence, dictates the role and function other genes; it basically
defines the activities of an individual in regard to what, when, work, what do, how to work and It
also makes cells different from one another. It is the epigenetics that dictates what sort of cell out
gene should be, whether skin cells, brain cells, etc. Basically epigenetics is a medical study of the
heritable active and versus inactive genetic makeup of an individual and does not involve
changes in the underlying DNA sequence. The change of epigenetic is a natural and a regular
alteration but can also be impacted by several factors such state of the disease, lifestyle, age or
family genetic makeup. The modification in epigenetic can commonly be manifested through
cells differentiation which can end up as liver cells, skin cells or brain cells etc. The condition
can be sustained through histone modification, DNA methylation and non-coding RNA
associated gene silencing. Gene changes can be attached to the sequence thus inhibiting their
functions and control gene expressions. In regard to lifestyle, particularly what you eat or what
your great grandparents ate can affect future generations. In situation of twins, the epigenetics
depending on the lifestyles each twin will have different life conditions. In situation where
epigenetics change due to life styles, cell can become abnormal thus triggering diseases like
cancers. Thanks to the advancement in medical research in regard to epigenetics studies, there
can be modification of the gene which can help deviate the cancerous causing genes to alleviate
the longevity of an individual’s future. This can be done through reminding the cells to do their

specific functions instead of being silent thus improving health conditions of people or through
reactivating genes. While it is easier to change epigenetics, messing it up is more easy too.
People should think about their life styles and how their way of life can affect them and their t
for the epigenetics particularly that of their children. While alteration bring responsibilities of the
kind of lifestyle people adopt, it comes with hope; however, however in adverse condition it be
very severe.
Based on the findings, I have higher chance of inheriting hypertension because some
members have had the condition. There is a relationship between epigenetic and hypertension
because the mechanism of epigenome contributes to regulation of physiological and disease by
altering the gene expression and modifying epigenetic changes due interplay between
environment and DNA. Regulation of Epigenetic that can respond to environmental, lifestyle
factors, and permanent changes in DNA structuring can change generation or change amino
acids thus causing diseases. However, it can have a long lasting or stable impact which can have
gene expression or cellular regulation that are independent of the expression of the gene.
Strong evidence in contemporary studies suggest that epigenetic mechanics has
significant role in the development of hypertension in human body. Contemporary Research
provide a mediation research to classifying the evidence of epigenetic nevertheless regulation of

hypertension is trans-generational inheritance. Trans-generationally, an epigenetic must be
inherited from Fo to F3 to be considered inheritable generationally, however, fewer generational
are required if the initial environmental exposures is limited to paternal side of hypertensions or
if the condition occurs before the germ cells on the maternal side.
Epigenetics isn’t just the functions of the mental or physiological state, it has more far
reaching effects thus confirming that it can influence far reaching factors of lifestyle whether the
mother choses to live a safe lifestyle. For cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure is a major
risk factor that is caused by both genetic and environmental factors. Research in DNA
methylation shows that there is relation between mediations of epigenetics and the associations
between genetics factors, cardiovascular disease and environmental factors. Generally, there is
no one single causative agent for hypertensions because it is apologetic conditions; however, the
contemporary studies in condition hypertensions remains one of the major challenges that the
world is dealing with. Moreover it significant as genetic predispositions in hypertension

development. Evidence suggest that epigenetic changes are common conditions for the
myocardial infarctions. There is need to implement more advance and effective prevention
treatment strategies due to contribution of hypertensions cardiovascular disease like heart
attacks, strokes, congestive heart failures and peripheral vascular diseases. Mechanism of the
epigenetics research have provided highlight into the pathogenesis of the blood pressures
regulations. The increasing number of the hypertension can also be associated with the
environmental factors like obesities, excessive salt intake, too much alcohol intakes, age and
dietary.
From the studies of hypertensions and its relation to epigenetics, I can maintain a healthy
weight to avoid obesity that is related to hypertensions. The obesity can have mark on the DNA
sequence of the children which can influence their later life by becoming obese. It is important to
get proper nutrition, particularly, I would avoid more fats that is associated with ADHD in
children. I would focused on eating whole food because these dietaries can cause a significant
difference in offerings. It is important for pregnant women to reduce stress during pregnancies
because the child has higher potential of inheriting the stress thus making the child more
susceptible to stress causing conditions. I would limit my exposure to pollutants because these
are some of the leading causative agents for asthma that can limit my life potency and make my
child inherit my allergenic condition. This is a generations because these epigenetics situation
can be passed down to future gnerations.
