I’m currently general manager Bingo Royale Mthatha in the Eastern Cape. Before joining BOSS I was self-
employed for one year (freelance facilitator). Before that I was employed by Sun International for 24 years
(retrenched 2014). I have experience in operations management, training and development in the gaming
industry and fast food services. I was a training manager for the slots department, where it was part of my
managerial duties. I’m a qualified facilitator, trainer and assessor. I’ve also conducted numerous other
training and development courses within Sun International.
The last 14 years with Sun International I was responsible for training and ongoing development of staff at
various levels from compliance too technical and behavioral skills.
 I have extensive experience as an operations manager, team leader, trainer and mentor.
 I’m self-motivated, honest & diligent and highly disciplined, I am able to execute daily tasks as well
as short / long term projects with meticulous accuracy - meeting deadlines and ensuring
satisfactory outcome.
