 Under the direct command of the regional Brigade Commander.
 My role is to advise the Commandant and H.O.E. (Head of Establishments) on
Training Safety Matters and delivering these to the Cadet Organization’s and
general public
 My main task is to ensure that all military training is conducted safely, and that
timely and effective RAMS (Range Aide Memoire Plans), EAMS (Exercise Aide
Memoires) and appropriate risk assessments are produced by adult staff for every
activity which requires them
